I had my car repaired at Delta location for my front bumper 2-3. years ago. But they cut the corner. They used plastic strep tie to hold the bumper and bumper liner and fender liner. Now all tie are gone and all liners are gone too. They blamed ICBC. No good service. They give Lifetime warranty for work. But there is nothing like that. I don't give any star. read more

I had my first ICBC claim in a long time, so I took my vehicle here for fully-covered repairs because of the Craftsman Collision name and it's proximity to where I live. Took a couple weeks to get an estimate done, and then another month to get my van scheduled for repairs. They were very friendly and nice to talk to. Their courtesy car was fine, but not thrilled feeling like a mobile billboard with their logo all over the car. When my van was ready, I picked it up and took it home. When I got home, I took a closer look and noticed a clear clear coat run as well as some "orange peel" finish, so I had to take it back for them to clean it up. I was satisfied with the clean up, but now a few months later, a noticed a couple of "blisters" the same area they had worked on. Can't be 100% it's related, but it's suspicious that it's in the same area and I've never seen it before on this vehicle. At this point, I don't really want to spend the time to follow up. Overall, not super impressed. The staff are very nice, but the fact I had to return it once meant they're not exactly doing the proper QC check, and the existence of blistering in the same area now is highly suspicious. Not happy with the repair on my 2015 ML 350. Took it in to have glass and bumper dammage fixed because of a break in and ask them to have the glass guy fix a small chip in the front windshield that had been there for 5000 km and 6 months. I come back and not only is the chip not repaired but a full blown crack appears right accross the front window. How does this happen in 2 days when the vehicle hasnet moved......they just wanted another claim and now im out a nother deductable..... read more

I went here to get my car checked out (looked at) for Profesional advice. I am on vacation and I hit a deer while I was driving here. Only damage is my left mirror has been broken off. The moment I told him it was right hand drive. He refused to even come look at my car because "they don't work on right hand drive cars" I felt like I was spoken to very disrespectful and I will never return to such a horrible business. I tried to explain that my car is the same as the Lexus GS300 and he didn't give a shit. When I asked again to come look at car he asked me what I'm trying to accomplish. Alan the manger is terrible to deal with. Seemed totally distracted and disinterested in my business. I suspect that he looses a lot of business for what was a fine company many years ago. Took in an ICBC claim repair form for $3532. He barely looked up when I walked in. He carefully reviewed the ICBC claim papers, asked when I needed the work done, to which I answered that I'm in no rush. He then went and sat down at his desk without any comment. After a minute I said I would like to do a walk around before booking. We viewed the damage and when I asked if the window molding is included he said an emphatic "No", as it looked like it was previously repaired incorrectly. I said then I'll go somewhere else. He just turned, walked away and with his back to me said "ok". I called ICBC and they confirmed it reads Remove/Replace rear door molding as the molding would need to be removed and replaced when they painted the full door. This guy is a horrible representative for Craftsman Collision. He threw away good business for no reason other than just being in a foul mood. read more

This is the second time we have used craftsman collision on Main St and the customer service is exceptional. They text me with updates and are highly professional. The second time I had to bring the car in, I had to bring it back a week later after the initial repair and they diagnosed the minor issue and fixed it very quickly and then drove my car home for me so I didn't even have to pick it up. I'm joining the choir of praises here for Craftsman Collision! I brought in my car for some vandalized window repairs and the result is pristine and beautiful! They fixed two broken windows, repainted the doors and replaced the inside plastic molding of my car where fallen glass scratched up the original pieces. This was my first auto repair and I couldn't ask for an easier and friendlier experience than with Alan and Kevin. Dan at All Set Auto Glass recommended these guys and I guess good service people work with other good service folks. After the initial paperwork was done, Kevin called Hertz to pick me up and set me up with a rental car. Easy peasy. I understand when projects run a bit late so I wasn't surprised when they missed the estimated completion time, but Kevin made sure to update me on the day my vehicle was supposed to be finished. Turns out they only missed the mark by 1 business day anyway! When I went to pick up my repaired car I was running late and decided to finish the paperwork and get my key at Craftsman Collision then return the rental car. Alan told me I could leave the rental at their office and they would take care of it in the morning! Music to my ears :) Honestly I don't know if I'd be happy with the price tag if I came in to get repairs done without insurance coverage. The final cost was pretty high! But in the end I only paid my deductible and was treated like a VIP so obviously I was ecstatic. Hopefully these guys adjust their service for folks paying out of pocket, but I also believe you get what you pay for, so maybe paying a bit more for peace of mind is worth it anyhow! Do your homework, people. I think the only reason people would complain about Craftsman Collision is if they fail to communicate their needs and circumstances. It looks to me these guys do great work and provide awesome service! They've earned my top pick for any insurance covered repairs. I might shop around for minor out-of-pocket repairs, but that's just me being a cheap-ass :D read more

The repairs I brought in only took them couple days and they got the car done on the promised time even though I was in no rush to get my car back. Want to add to all the positive reviews of this location - I brought my car in with some scratches and scuffs on the door. I didn't hear back with an estimate so I came in to check on progress and found that they had actually buffed out 90% of the scratches for me completely free! These guys are amazing - they gave me a quote for the rest of the damage and said to think it over and come in when I wanted to have it removed. I've had two bumpers replaced in the past year from two separate accidents (one my fault, the other not) Being new to the car repair game, the team at Craftsman Collision were so professional, knowledgable and understanding throughout the process and made things so EASY. Not only did they drop me off at work after leaving my car there, they arranged a cab to bring me back. Repairs were completed a day early, and the car was detailed inside and out. Car repair adventure!!! Bring in May 3 10:am, and asking when would finish the repair, and I said I had another appointment with Dealership in May 6. Manager Alan knocked his head and said kept in mind, and said May 5 afternoon should be finished. I requested if someone in your office could call me if there were any delay or change? (Should I not suppose to ask?) No phone call from the office, wow I thought I make a good choice. Friday 1:15pm called the office to arrange the pick up, but the reply was one of the technician was sick, the repair would not finish until next Monday.... What, they had to wait until I called then let me know the job would not be done until next Monday. I truly appreciated that they treat customer nothing. They just did their job, but just don't keep their promise. During the phone call, Alan just gave me attitude and rude say he can do nothing and nothing under his control (the part was disassemble, so what I can do) ... but just can't give a phone call to customer. Their time is valuable but my one is nothing. Alan Hoare kept asking me to rent a car?!?!?! Promise to pay me back whatever gasoline usage will be reimbursed to me, I already gave him the gas receipt, and waiting for the refund. (May 3 I decided not to rent a car, since they said the job will finish within 3 days. Walking under Sunny day and protect the environment that make me think about not go for car rental.) However, they broke my dream, and I've call to rearrange all the appointment (dealership appointment have to postpone for another month!) I also made trip to Hertz for car rental. (another adventure with this car rental company in Terminal station.) I called again and wanted to talk to Alan, looked like he didn't want to talk to me anymore, and one of the employee said Monday 4pm, the car would be ready. Monday, 4:15pm, I didn't call them, since I didn't want to hear about (may be because of my phone call) another technician sick, there would be another delay. I contact ICBC, and customer services representative said confirmed the car was ready for pick up. [would it be very difficult for Craftsman to make a phone to let customer know what is the progress.] May 9 8:30, Craftsman called me the car was ready, and said why I didn't pick up my car yesterday? My bad, I didn't give them a call. When I arrived the office 2pm, one of the employee asked did I return my rental car, if not they couldn't let me have my car back. I told them I didn't drive rental car but to walk under Sunny day. He said I couldn't drive two cars but need to return the rental car before return my car back. (So, that mean next time if I want to rent a car drive to the State, I need to surrender my own car before I can rent a car!?!?!) So, I have to go home to drive the rental car back to Hertz before I can get my car back. Funny trip. Yes, the technician did a good job to fix my car, but only the customer services is very below standard. CALL them and don't wait for them to call you. read more

They never called me back and had my car for four days and didn't do anything to it except jack up a door handle fix from $250 to $1250...putting icbc in a frenzy and somehow kept blaming me for bringing my car in on a Friday. All I did was show up! I will do anything to never see these people again. Now I have my car and have to wait a month to go into icbc and tell them to ignore these people. Great. read more

I have had 2 repairs done over the past 3 years at this location involving dents (large and small) and paint. They were very pleasant to work with and for the most part had a courtesy vehicle ready both times. They guarantee their work and you can come back for up to a year i believe (which we did). Today we came back to ask them about the paint (work done last year) because on one area of the car it seemed it was coming off - in the end it was junk on the car from us, not paint coming off (a big relief), the manager offered to buff it off for us (no charge) and then had the service guys wash the whole car - talk about amazing customer service. He had to mix up some paint to touch up a scratch and gave us the left over paint in a container so we could use it if needed (who does this?). AND he said if we have minor scratches or things like that to come back any time and he'd look after it. Seriously, service like this seems nonexistent nowadays. Obviously I'm ecstatic and wanted to tell everyone else how good they are to deal with. Will be a permanent customer from this point on. read more

Kevin Tam and his team, as well as their manager Alan all but rolled out the red carpet. Yes, the level of service is that good! The entire team goes above and beyond, in all they do. From driving away with a courtesy car to email updates and calls (you never have to wonder about anything!) and going that extra mile to get your car back to you on on Friday rather than a Monday...these things really do happen here! When you finally pick up your car, it will look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. A bag of goodies awaits! And the entire team will be as happy as you are...they really do emabrce and value their customers. It shows, and you feel that the minute you walk in the door. Took our 2006 car to Main Street Craftsman after it was rear ended. All the staff were friendly and professional. Mostly dealt with Kevin, the Assistant Manager - he was great, friendly, professional and very helpful. He kept us informed on the progress of and the time schedule for the repairs, and the reason for one delay (found more damage when they took car apart and had to order more parts). The repairs to the car seem to be excellent. For no extra charge, they even dealt with some minor old unrelated damage (touched up some paint chips and scratches and buffed out other scratches). Kevin was ever so patient with us when we incorrectly suggested, without looking closely, that this promised work had not been completed; He politely showed and explained to us what had been done to the best of their ability. read more
