I've personally had a great experience every time I've brought one of our vehicles in for service. If I call the day before, they can usually get me in for the first appointment the next morning, which is incredibly convenient when you rely on your vehicles for business. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and clearly knows what they're doing. They don't waste any time, they get straight to work and do their best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. It's a great auto repair shop, and honestly, even the name Save-A-Lot feels like more than just a business name, it's almost a statement! We've been very happy with the service and the people here. In a business as competitive as auto repair throughout the Lower Mainland, Save-A-Lot is our first choice. I highly recommend giving these guys a try. Did not have a very good experience with this place... I had two small repairs from a hit & run…read morethat needed to get fixed. I had to bring my car back 4 times to have them repair the job. I gave up finally... The problem with this shop was they actually never removed the dent they just kept on painting over it...thats right, they actually just painted over the dent.. Well it has nice and smooth and the paint matched but the dent was still there which was the size of a pie like 8-10in round.... I took the car to ICBC to complain about it, they had me take it to another body shop which fixed it the correct way, and ICBC sent False Creek the bill.... They never once tried to contact me to fix the problem... So I really suggest you shop around before you get you car repaired. Note: they have since stated not knowing who I am, but of course they wont know cause my last name isnt displayed here on my profile.

I know this because there weren't any scratch marks or dents as there would be if they used some kind of tool. They managed to break off about 1/3 of my spoiler and made my car look like crap. I have used this Craftsman Collision before when I had someone break into my car by smashing the windows on my old beamer and they did a good job. Doug is really helpful and he's good about following up. They fixed my spoiler within 2 days and because they open really early I was able to pick it up before work which is so much more convenient for me than having to figure out my schedule around store hours. I even had time to drop my girlfriend off after the pick up too. They did a great job with my spoiler, a little glue residue left under the spoiler but other than that they did a damn good wash on my car (it desperately needed it). They also cleaned out the inside of my car too which was very much appreciated. Every time you get your car repaired with them they give you one of those reusable craftsman bags with a notepad and a mini ice scraper. I would highly recommend this Craftsman to anyone who has as much bad luck as I do when it comes to their car lol

Extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz service centre, Richmond…read more My car's actual odometer reading is 118,590 km, yet they reported over 120,000 km to CARFAX. This incorrect entry has caused real issues when trying to sell my vehicle, as potential buyers question the mileage history. This is not a small mistake--it directly affects vehicle value and customer trust. At an official Mercedes-Benz service centre, accurate reporting should be basic standard practice, and in this case it clearly was not handled correctly.

My main complaint is that their parking lot is too small. Most of the lot is taken by vehicles being serviced, so if you want to buy parts, you have to double park if you're unlucky. As with any MB location, service is prompt and excellent. They really do make you feel somewhat special and appreciated. Which is good, because then they also rip you off completely with overpriced parts and service. Because of this, I always make a point to drink a coffee from their machine. This little guy is really something special, and they have the same machine at all the dealerships as well. Makes me glad I paid a premium for my car. Hello vanilla hazelnut cappuccino.
