Great and helpful Team at Bayview notably Mike (driver) and Cindy (dispatch). Highly recommend!,

have been very familiar with Bayview and found the receptionist/dispatcher doing a job she didn't want. Drivers nice. Until Today. My elderly parents 82 & 79 arranged to have their car out to Willowbrook Chrysler. The Driver showed up. Great! As the key making could not be done for their car anywhere in Surrey. My mom & I were on the Phone with BCAA. My dad booked under his basic membership. However, my Mom has the Plus membership. BCAA told my mom to go out and give her card to the driver which she did and driver wrote it down. Then told my parents they had to take payment of overtime from them. Pardon? Of course my parents put it on their credit card. Plus Bayview had my Dad's Basic Membership and My Mom's Plus membership. I contacted Bayview Towing to correct this situation. She said "If BCAA said that it's a lie" continued to say more of the same rhetoric. I don't appreciate receptionist/Dispatcher slamming people who have been very caring with my elderly parents. Unlike Bayview Driver who outright told my parents it was "Overtime " and then the receptionist/dispatcher who said "Because your dad only had a Basic Membership and that is the reason for the charge " I explained My Mom, myself and BCAA where on the phone and the BCAA Professional told my Mom to give her card to the driver as she has a plus membership and her tow of 14.5 km would be fully Covered " We stayed on the phone while she did that. Taking advantage of clearly Vulnerable People is exactly what happened as soon as I and the BCAA professional hung up. Bayview said only BCAA can change that so call them. I did call BCAA spoke with a Professional and he tried to get to change and as for a refund for my parents credit card. Bayview said their card already been charged to late. The driver charged their card that is not new information. Both the receptionist/dispatcher and driver took advantage of my parents and didn't give a damn. Bayview did call me back after I hung up and I was on the phone with BCAA. There is absolutely nothing they can say to right this wrong. Since they never tried in the first place. BCAA is well aware of what transpired and has it on their memberships to NEVER use Bayview again for my parents. Willowbrook Chrysler is well aware of what happened to my parents. Luckily the driver hadn't dropped off the car yet. So now Bayview is on the radar of other businesses as well. I can handle someone who clearly doesn't want the job they have receptionist/dispatcher. What I want stand for is taking advantage of Elderly Vulnerable people not my parents or someone else's. That is the reason for my review today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Bayview towing to ANYONE. What was done to my parents was/is appalling and disgusting. Then Blame it on BCAA. It wasn't BCAA saying it was "Overtime" it was their Bayview Driver. That is exactly what my parents believed they were paying for. Had they known it was my dad's membership card they would not have gotten their credit card. My mom would have quickly referred to her membership number she had given the driver and he wrote down. This what being paid on commission means. Take advantage of anyone you can looks like. Attention Dan and Corey: Corey your sister is the receptionist/Dispatcher I speak of in this review. So the rude, unprofessional and who is Quick to Slam others. That will never change will it Corey Because she is your sister? Time & Date I will listen to the recording of it. Seems to be your answer in a lot of others where you have said the same thing. Here is the philosophy I live by "Do your best to help the situation whether it is your fault or not" "No business is perfect and mistakes happen. It is in that moment that a business defines the business what they do to make it right that matters" Your Receptionist/Dispatcher taught me What Bayview Customer Service is. They showed me how who they are, and I believe them now. Any other towing company is better than Bayview. read more

Needing a flatbed for a car at 1am is never something that is neither1. planned for, nor 2. looked forward to. I had picked up a large bold in the driver's rear tire of my new Porsche and had no way to repair it. We flat-bedded it up from Tulalip, WA to Blaine where we limped across the border. Rod with Bayview Auto T arrived with a smile on his face and carefully re-flat-bedded the 911 and drove it and us safely to our Vancouver drop off. Thanks so much Rod for helping turning an unexpected potential disaster into a memorable, early am, encounter. Very much enjoyed your company and conversation. read more

Bayview Auto Towing - A professional loading of a very special car... - Towing Near Me - Surrey, British Columbia

This towing company is very inconsiderate of others. Today in our residential street one of their large trucks with a trailer parked in the middle of the street directly in front of several cars trying to get down the street. There could have been room for one lane of traffic if he would have moved over enough. He was loading a digger onto the trailer and clearly taking his time. After an unnecessary 10 minutes I asked why he couldn't have moved over so others could get by and that I had to pick up people to take them to the airport to catch a flight, another vehicle was trying to be on time for food deliveries, and who knows how many other pressing situations shortly after 4 pm. They should have had 2 people to speed this this up or It would have been considerate of this truck driver to let us go by first as we were all there at the same time as he pulled up in front of us. He also could have situated his truck for others to get by but he didn't care as he told me "he was doing his job and wasn't listening to me".I called Bayview Trucking Company and their Manager was just as ignorant and uncaring. I'll report this to the North Vancouver District for obstruction of traffic with pictures for an unnecessary 20 minutes and see if they will listen to them. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would--unbelievably great. Called on a Friday afternoon to get my car towed from Vancouver, BC to across the border in to Washington State. James set me up for the next day at 1pm. Matthew the driver showed up within 20 min. of scheduled time. Dennis, in the office, walked me through the process for explaining it all to AAA/BCAA and it was totally covered. Can imagine how it could have been better. Thanks to these guys for a fantastic job. . read more

My car broke down and needed to be towed to the dealership. In the two Bayview damaged the fender and one of the fog lamps. I reported the damage and they and their insurance adjusters refused to pay for the damages. If my car breaks down in BC again I'm probably better off just renting a trailer, a truck and towing it back MYSELF.. read more

My car wouldn't start, and called to get a tow to my mechanic. Instead, Jaysson said he could jump my battery which proved to be difficult because of the type of car I have, compounded with a series of events but he persevered, determined to get it going and he did!!! He spent a lot of time on it. Would have been easier and more profitable for him if he had just towed me. Very honest, incredible service. Within 10 minutes of my call he came. I can't say enough good things about Jaysson and Bayview. read more

They saved my family when our rental car got stranded just across the border into Canada. I wish I remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, because it was so enjoyable talking with him that I was almost sad when we got the car to its destination. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even towing the car to the hotel instead of the garage, knowing that we had no way to travel without the car in the middle of the night. I hope I won't need their services again, but if you do, I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

My husband was in a motorcycle accident. Tony V. Who was off shift and on his way home from work stopped to help. Tony loaded the bike onto the trailer, provided a card, and took the bike to the yard. The next day I went in to pick up a few things from the bike. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Bayview Towing to family and friends. read more

is a very exceptional service with exceptional customer service. I had my car jumpstarted this morning by Starlene. The towing service came right away and had in depth knowledge of my newer hybrid car. It didn't take long for my car to beup and running again and it ended up that I didn't even need a tow. The towing agent had very good manner and could make me feel at ease about the situation after being stranded in a city I don't come from and don't know very well. I am now up and running in time for work this morning without missing a beat. Thank you so much to this agency and to this agent. read more

My car broke down. I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere on the side of the highway where I felt afraid that a truck could come from behind and hit my car. This was at 1am on a cold January night and I couldn't turn on the heat. Jason picked me up very soon and as soon as he got there I immediately felt safe as he is not only big and strong but also kind. He drove me a long distance to the shop where I needed to drop off my car and then made sure that I arrived home safely. Jason has a huge heart. I give this towing company my highest recommendation and would use this company again without hesitation. read more

Caution to repair shops using Bayview Towing. A good customer of ours called BCAA to have his Ford Diesel Truck towed into BC Diesel Truck Repair Ltd. BCAA sublet the work to Bayview Towing and the Bayview driver recommended a different shop and then towed the customers truck to that shop which they use for their own tow truck repairs without even letting us know. Not good business practice for towing companies who rely on repair shops to use their services. When I phoned the customer this is what he told me straight up, BCAA tried to defend this and say the quote from the other shop was lower but there was no estimates given for a tow in-no start? I thanked him for his honesty and his previous business. When I phoned Bayview for an explanation I was told the owner is "out of town" and he would get back to me but they did not even ask who I was or take my contact number! read more
