A good faith deposit was given to Mr. Raymond for the services. We were notified a few days before the pickup date by Mr. Raymond that his mother had passed away and he would not be able to provide the services we requested. I have contacted Mr. Raymond regarding the refund of the good faith $1000 deposit. He has since blocked my calls and refuses to discuss the return of the deposit. Chris Heston forgot to pick up my tiny home on wheels at 1:00 on April 28th. When I called at 1:30,…read morethe guy who answered the phone said he'd call me back. He said I was definitely on their books. He called back to say that Chris had forgotten. He said he could be at my place by 3:00. When he arrived around 3:20, there was no apology whatsoever. In fact, he said he couldn't tow me with my 3.5 ft porch cover. I told him we'd already scouted the route. He was surly and I was devastated and then angrier than I can remember being in a very long time. He told me to "take a pill." I told him at least I had a brain; he made some other retort, but I had already gotten into my tiny. I called ASAP towing and they moved my tiny the following Wednesday and said since the overhang didn't extend past 12 ft (my tiny is 8.5 feet wide), it was completely legal to tow my tiny home with the porch awning on. I had lined up numerous people to help me get set up at my new location on April 28th and Chris ended up costing me a LOT of money because those people were not available on May 1st. I will never, ever do business with this company again and I suggest you don't either.
