He might "fix" something but mess up with another thing in your car to keep you coming back. I spent over 3K in "repairs" for work I later on came to find he didn't complete. He was supposed to replace heater and evaporator box. He only replaced one of the two parts I was charged for and he messed with my air vents, which were all in working order before bringing my car to him. I haven't been able to drive my car as much since I picked it up from him and realized he didn't fix the issues and also gave my car new problems. My air vents in the front stopped blowing air completely which has been extremely frustraing in this weather. When I tried to reach out to Rooch a couple days after getting my car back, I was ignored. He never picked up my calls nor called me back. After a couple weeks I sent him a message and he denied any responsibility and refused to honour the warranty that's supposed to come with his work. The fact that he ignored every phone call I placed after getting my car back really screams loud about his incompetent work and lack of accountability. If he didn't have anything to hide or be ashamed of, he would have answered my calls or called me back in those two weeks. Nothing. Absolutely the most frustrating experience, DO NOT trust Rooch. This was a big waste of money and time. He will give you a "good" price for incompetent work and an useless warranty he will never honour.

Our daughter was able to get back to Seattle and we didn't have to wait until 6pm for them to get the car. BJ's advocated for me and was able to talk AAA into covering the tow. One of the drivers, Nick, was able to get my vehicle with no problems and the whole team was super awesome throughout. Huge shoutout to them for getting me out of a sticky situation.
