I called AAA, and the first tow turned down my call realizing that I needed to be towed 75 miles--after I already had to wait 90 min. After multiple other attempts, Ahmed from A&A decided to take the call and go 45 min out of his way, since he remembered hearing my service request 4 hours prior while he was completing another tow. He literally went out of his way knowing how far I was stranded and didn't want me to have to suffer on a Sunday. Welcomed reminder that there's really good people in this world. The tow itself was also 5 stars - everything went smoothly. He had a truck with a truck-bed which my AWD vehicle required. Had great conversation the entire way, and calmed my nerves during an otherwise stressful day.

I have contacted Mr. Raymond regarding the refund of the good faith $1000 deposit. He has since blocked my calls and refuses to discuss the return of the deposit. He said I was definitely on their books. He called back to say that Chris had forgotten. He said he could be at my place by 3:00. When he arrived around 3:20, there was no apology whatsoever. In fact, he said he couldn't tow me with my 3.5 ft porch cover. I told him we'd already scouted the route. He was surly and I was devastated and then angrier than I can remember being in a very long time. He told me to "take a pill." I told him at least I had a brain; he made some other retort, but I had already gotten into my tiny. I called ASAP towing and they moved my tiny the following Wednesday and said since the overhang didn't extend past 12 ft (my tiny is 8.5 feet wide), it was completely legal to tow my tiny home with the porch awning on. I had lined up numerous people to help me get set up at my new location on April 28th and Chris ended up costing me a LOT of money because those people were not available on May 1st. I will never, ever do business with this company again and I suggest you don't either.
