First time my son brought his Audi A6 in for a fuel pump, it was returned with non functioning wiper controls. When a coolant leak left him high and dry we gave them a second shot... bad idea. The turbo hose clamp was left completely loose and the hose wasn't installed all the way leading to a massive boost leak. They charge very high end prices for sub par workmanship. We will not be supporting this business in the future. The receptionist even told us she'd see us soon, 'that car is expensive and you'll be back' How wrong she was. We won't be back. read more

I had an indicator on my onboard computer that the brake pads needed changing. I took it to the dealer who flippantly said all pads and rotors needed replacing. Instead, I decided to take it to Eurotec who noticed it was simply a faulty sensor and the brakes had plenty of life. Eurotec could have said nothing and charged me like the dealer was going to do. Eurotec saved me over $1,000 by being honest. An "honest car mechanic" is almost an oxymoron but Eurotec proved they do exist! read more

$600 oil change for a Smart car. Took my Smart car in for an oil change to this location as there are very few shops in the valley able to do oil changes on Smart car. Initial oil change was just over $100. They mentioned the oil pan was "weeping"(gasket breaking down). Not a huge issue. I get the vehicle home and notice two days later a puddle of oil underneath(possibly overfilled). I checked the oil and still full. Took a look at the oil pan and see a bit of oil around it. Figure I will monitor situation. A few days later notice another oil puddle. Call Valley Eurotec and they say bring it in. Receive call from their mechanic stating there is crack in oil pan where bolt goes in. He adds that had another Smart car in for same issue. Recommends welding it. I say ok as they never mentioned crack in pan before. I go in to pick it up today and they give me a bill for just under $500 for repairs. I argued that the crack wasn't there in initial oil change and after there work the crack is there. They claim they didn't do it and don't even offer a break on the bill. So a simple oil change adds up to a $600 bill. Poor service and bad business practices on their part. Do not take your vehicle in to this business unless you want it to come out in worse shape than you sent it in. read more

My wife took her 528i in for repair which was a huge mistake as the tech simply read the codes as gospel with no real understanding of what other issues might cause the codes. Simply put, he replaced a part unnecessarily and charged her $1600. The check engine light re-appeared a day later and I read the codes myself. A quick examination of the air intake boot revealed a hole you could stick your finger through which I fixed myself for $60 in parts. The guy also wanted to buy the car from her for $500 as he said it was falling apart. These guys are nothing but gougers looking to replace any part which throws a code. Pass on this place as they do not know what they are doing and are looking to make money anyway they can including trying to scare people into selling their cars for dirt cheap. read more

After ownership has changed hands the service and quality of work has gone downhill. To the point it is terrible. I took my BWM in for service and was charged for warranty work on a part they installed the previous visit. Thankfully I noticed and had it reversed. Went in with some issues of note: whistle in engine compartment, delay in transmission etc". They did their "service" but did not address either issue. In fact they paid so little attention to the car that the failed to notice that both rear sensors had fallen out. When I called to complain they asked that I bring it back. I did and found that again they were unable to find any problem and did not seem interested in putting in the time. I asked that they clean the car and was rewarded with a car that was dirtier that when I dropped it off. Further calls to the owner showed he had no interest in making me happy and did not even apologize. I will never take either of my cars there again. They are a complete dud! read more
