Could have caused an accident. Took 5 hours to get him to come put the other lugs on in a random parking lot. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER. Called and requested service for insurance work on my RV. Owner took my informational and said he would call back when he planned to come take a look (today or tomorrow). Didn't call back. I called again 3 days later, same thing, never called back. Called again, he said he would come out to assess. I asked if he meant it or should I find someone else who can do what he says, he said find some else. Avoid this clown if you want to get work done in a timely manner. Called the shop and was told to bring it in on Thursday morning. Brought the vehicle in and was told they would call when they had a look. Thursday cane and went with no call. I called for an update on Friday and was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. No call. I called again on Saturday and spoke to an employee who said he wasn't sure what was happening with the vehicle but he'd have the shop owner call me as soon as he got in later that day. No call. Finally had to have my vehicle towed to another shop as nothing was happening with it at this shop. I had heard good reviews about this shop but after being told I would be contacted three different times and not hearing from them once I can't recommend them for service. read more

Seriously, one of the best shops around for automotive repairs. No nonsense approach and Ilham (owner) will give you the straight goods on an honest repair. Today I had to see him to correct a potentially very expensive problem that I myself had created, when trying to do a fluid change on my own. I wanted to do an oil change but pulled the wrong plug. Thought it was the transmission but it was actually the transfer case fluid. Both he and I were amazed that there doesn't seem to be any damage to the gears after running dry for 100's of kms. I've been taking my vehicle to Mastercare for more than a year and have only received completely professional, attentive and friendly service. When my car wouldn't start one day ilham went out of his way to come and help me at home. I was grateful when I found Mastercare as I have a used vehicle and they tend to need TLC. Well Mastercare gives out TLC in spades. And the only reason I have my car is after mine was drowned in an apartment fire ilham found me a new one right away. That was awesome. I couldn't even list the number of times they've helped me. They've never overcharged me they only ever been honest with me and if anything generous knowing I'm a single woman and live on one income. I feel safe knowing that I can take my car there and it will be fixed by a team of very hard-working individuals. Ilham will help you if it's possible and he can do it he will do it. The review on here from Max couldn't be any more wrong in my opinion. But Max male or female is entitled to their opinion even though it seems to be much the minority view of Mastercare. If you want to bring your car in somewhere And be taken good care of that's the place to go. I really can't say enough about them. It's not very many people left out there that provide such good service. And I'm always grateful ilham is taking care of me. As far as any bad reviews there's always somebody out there that has a problem when nine out of 10 thinks something is wonderful that one person is unhappy for reasons unknown. I've been to several mechanics in the past. Some very good ones and not so good; however, I came across Ilham at Mastercare when Ford couldn't take my Expedition in on the May long weekend. Not only did Mastercare take on my emergency repairs, they also saved me about $500 compared to Ford's price for the same job (changing all coils and sparkplugs). Ilham took the time to explain and show me what was needed before and after the work was done. The shop is a little hard to find but well worth it once you find it.
