Auto to give me the parts and the service I need and nothing more. I like the constant communication Via text when the car is going in for repair, who is servicing it and in particular the inspection report, outlining what, if anything Needs urgent attention or what we have to monitor going forward. We recently had to repair a coworkers car as she complained of clunking from the front end of her 2012 Dodge Journey . When we discovered the passengers side calliper bolts had backed off. Curious as to when her vehicle had last been serviced she offered us up the receipts. To our surprise she had just received a complete break job including a return visit shortly after complaining about front end shaking . We noticed she had been charged multiple times for the same problem . All within a few days of each other . We asked how this could have happened she said Mo insisted he could allow her to go on her holidays with the car in the shape it was in . Looking over the receipts and dates and from what Monika has told us she was COMPLETELY TAKEN by CJ Automotive and specifically the owner Mo. I can't help but pass this on to assist other females that might be considering getting any work done by this business to check around at different places so this does not happen to them . Shame on you Mo . I would gladly enjoy seeing a rebuttal as I've noticed you do on your comment board defending your actions . Total SCAMMERS!! Stay away! My mom went in with a bit of squeaking so she wanted them to check her breaks. They lifted it and said it would be over $1200 and she needed to do it right away. Luckily she called a friend and got him to take a look. It was a $36 part and about 20 minutes labour. Disgusting trying to take advantage of a woman who doesn't know cars. These people are criminal. I would like to relate my experience at CJ Auto on Dec.6/2018. I was recommended by BCAA repairman and Bayview Towing as to where to have my Toyota towed as it would not start. They both highly recommended Mo at CJ Auto which is close to my residence at Morgan Crossing. To my misbelieve I received a tel. call from Mo himself to explain that the immobilizer had become dislodged and was an easy fix and I could come and get my car. I did not know that I had this immobilizer and must have been installed for the 90 year old lady I bought the car from. I asked what did I owe him and Mo said Merry Christmas! Wanted to charge me $100 to press in a ball joint when I had the parts already off the vehicle then when I said it is "too much" the owner acted rude and told me to go somewhere else. The reason I wanted to give CJ automotive a chance because I heard nice things from from the teachers at the automotive co-op at Earl Marriott I attended. CJ automotive lacks the basic customer service and that is coming from the main guy working there. I don't usually write long reviews like this but the customer service at CJ automotive makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and there is a wide variety of automotive shops in the vicinity that going elsewhere is a must as you will be saving money and have someone that communicates in a nicer fashion. read more

I've been going to CJ auto for many years. They have excellent customer service. Courteous, honest, and helpful. They never press me to do unnecessary repairs and will often give me timelines like "There is wear here, but you don't need to get this repair done now, let's check back in two months " They'll squeeze me in for a quick tune up or oil change on short notice and have fair prices. I've even popped in to get air in my tires and a top up on fluids, which they've done for me at no charge! These guys are really great mechanics who treat you right! read more
