I instructed him as it is so much trouble to replace the other bulb as well. When I went back, I was given one burnt light bulb so I questioned where was the 2nd one. I was told the other side was not replaced, even though I specifically asked the mechanic to do, because he didn't think I should replace it. I am the owner and I gave explicit instructions to replace both. This is totally unacceptable. Now, WHEN not if, the second bulb needs replacing, I will have to pay AGAIN. Don't use this company. They do what they want not what the customer asks.

I made an appointment to buy tires, have them installed and to perform a wheel alignment-- I was…read moretold it would take one hour and to come at a specific time..I arrived at that time - my vehicle was put on a hoist and wheels installed . I expected to then leave.  Instead they kept me there over 3 hours with confusing , conflicting and ultimately incorrect information . I was advised not to drive the vehicle as it was unsafe and would cause damage to the tires. . I was advised certain work needed to be done It completely spoiled my travel plans as was too afraid to take the vehicle on the highway and was forced to use an alternate smaller vehicle in my household into which I could not fit planned luggage. When I returned from my holiday I was not prepared to bring the vehicle to Kal tire as I was unimpressed with the way they dealt with me as a customer--I brought the vehicle to a full service automotive center to complete what I understood was the required work -- this center checked and double checked the vehicle and found that the work Kal tire and warned I needed was NOT needed and that the vehicle was fine.
