Shortly thereafter I get an educated estimate based on Rick's relevant trouble shooting queries, I book an appointment, and have the needed work competantly delivered, professionally and as promised... even on a Saturday @1pm! I will absolutely come back to Strawberryhill Automotive for any future repairs. Rick and his team skillfully executed necessary corrections, overdue scheduled maintenance and a cost effective legit solution for an eminent disastrous situation from occuring. Best decision and I couldn't be happier. The owner spoke with me on the phone and when I arrived. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Even the receptionists were helpful & nice. I was planning on getting my courtesy car from a rental company but they had good ones {nice & clean} so I stayed with them. I was running late when I picked up my vehicle and they were very gracious. Then I saw my vehicle - I was so impressed. They had cleaned my interior, not just the exterior. My black leather seats look amazing; so does my console, doors, floors. Everything looks beautiful. I fell in love with my car all over again. What a bunch of rip off artists. Called to ask how much an oil change would be. After 10 minutes on…read morehold, told 139 + tax, but they don't have the filter in stock. After I ask, they say they can have it in noon the next day. I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.

We needed to drain the oil pan after we added a bit too much. They added an air filter which was only 20 bucks so the oil change was.. well, really effing pricy. Everything is still working though so it's an A-OK experience all around.
