I happened to stumbled in this store since I was in the area, and I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. these people are a joke. Food quality is deteorated n seating is too small . I guess they have better take out service . Never ever i have started on a negative note but this was impulsive. Anyhow the reality is still thr same . When we entered their was no greeting or welcome smile. Infact the ladies had no clue about what to ask or say. After asking to them , we found out that there is no table available so we oulf need to wait. No worries! Why not after all we will get good food. To my disappointment, we got the table in next halaf an hr n we were the first in line. (Less tables to accommodate people) i dont knoe if thats how they are on other weekdays as well but sunday evening was aweful. They need to learn how to take order n how to plce food in the plate. No serving garnish or presentation skill at all. Mess when serving doesn't please me. Few good things here. U can get alcohol with dosa atleast i am sure they serve beer. Oh lovely chicken n prawn dosa . I tried chicken which was nice . I mean only if the chicken was shredded n cooked in authentice vibdaloo sauce , it would be better. I saw the servers serving wrong food order n instructing the customers like a school teacher instead of asking them the prefrence. Sambar is not complimentary. For me mayuri dosa place is good.

Today, I phoned them up to see if they had a car that I needed parts from . They informed me that they had one single car, which was the exact model/trim I was looking for. I drove an hour to get there and upon arrival, confirmed again with the guy behind the counter that the car was there before I payed their yard access fee. He told me it was indeed there and then told me the location in the yard where I could find it. I payed the fee, entered the yard, and proceeded to walk around for twenty minutes looking for the car, without success. I also stepped in a large puddle and soaked my foot right through. I returned to the counter and asked the guy again to confirm where in the lot the car was located. Yes, I was looking in the correct area. Then, another guy who overheard the conversation said that they had "pulled" the car, which meant that it was already gone. The first guy just shrugged his shoulders and ignored me from that point onwards. I was not offered a refund of my yard fee. I spent the drive home stuck in stop-and-go rush hour traffic, cursing that place and its employees and thinking of my soaking wet foot.
