I asked them to just finish the job if they could, and they actually came back in a couple hours to finish the job. Now the AC unit is working great - the place feels like an ice box! He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.

His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?
