Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.
