Our furnace was down so I booked an appointment (online) with ALL PRO for the next afternoon. The appt was e-confirmed and, additionally, I got a call from Kelly to confirm. Plumbers with aplomb! Recently had Anthony and wife come over to fix a leak under my kitchen sink which had been persisting for a while. I recently had All Pro Heating come to clean my oil system. They did a great job and they were VERY polite and courteous. Very happy with them. I'll call them again next year, or if my aging oil system develops any problems in the future. Update: June 2017. This is a very late update (sorry), but I just wanted to say that this past fall (fall 2016) I called them once again to do another cleaning on the furnace. I had been with a major oil company for 17 years before I decided to take the plunge and do it without the service contract the oil company had made me feel dependent on. I called Tony and Kelly and they serviced my boiler this Fall and it has never run smoother! Every year the oil company had serviced the boiler, it always gave out and did not run well during the winter. I was afraid it was going to have to be replaced soon. Not so! All Pro heating did a fabulous job of servicing my boiler with no problems and I was able to shop around for the lowest heating oil prices! Very satisfied! I had an appointment scheduled online (which is super convenient) for a boiler inspection/tune-up and they were here right on time! Tony has been out 4 times in the last 3 months to "fix" our furnace, while charging us every time to fix the same thing according to him. Our furnace is once again not working. We have called 3 times in the past 3 days an no one has returned our phone calls. We have no heat or hot water. Finally we were able to contact another company to take a look and the problem was that the furnace was never cleaned or calibrated properly--we had paid All Pro to service our furnace the past two years and apparently they really didn't do anything at all or didn't know what they were doing. In addition, the part on the furnace that he had been "fixing" was not fixed and needs to be replaced. I would not recommend using them for furnace/boiler issues. read more

Our oil furnace broke down on the night before Christmas. We called on the day after Christmas based on the positive reviews. Within 1.5 hrs of calling, they had arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. My mom was thoroughly impressed and very pleased with their service and professionalism. This husband and wife team is the best. They're honest, they come on time, professional. They were so impressive I left them my keys to do the job (installing a new Thermopride oil furnace at my second home) without me being there after only meeting them once. The other great thing about them is that they don't push or pressure you to do a job (I had to work through some technical issues with my furnace to chimney connection). But when you decide to do it, they come immediately. The furnace was installed in the spring. When I started it up this fall, there was a strong smell at first. I called to ask if that was a normal break-in smell. They said probably but insisted on coming over to check to be absolutely sure. In the end I waved them off because the smell went away. The bottom line: this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider. read more

Tony and Kelly are excellent - professional, reliable, honest, hardworking, and fairly priced! I have used them several times for boiler tuneup/inspection, flushing a pipe in my baseboard, and installing an RO system in my kitchen. I also referred them to my mom, where they removed her old boiler and installed an ultra high efficiency boiler/hot water combination unit. It was a little fidgety to start, as it's new technology, and they were extremely responsive and helpful. They stand behind their work, make sure they get it right, and care that you're a happy customer in the end i.e. doing business the right way and for the long run. The HVAC unit was leaking in our condo unit but the complex's management office was unable to recommend a plumber. Not living full-time in NJ, we took to Yelp to see if there was a consensus on a good contractor in the area. I initially was hesitant to call All Pro because there weren't very many reviews (which turns out to be the case for many plumbers) and there was a very negative one. But I liked the fact that the owners responded to the reviews because it showed they care about how users of Yelp perceive them. We were given an appointment the next day. Half an hour before the appointed time, All Pro called and said they were running early and were already on their way. It took them a matter of minutes to diagnose the problem and to fix it without much hassle. We were extremely pleased with their service and professionalism and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. read more
