We had another service person that was trying to charge us $4000 for a circuit board we never needed. Edward came and immediately diagnosed the problem. He knew what he was doing and ordered the correct part. My aunt had her A/C fixed and we were so happy it was fixed properly. Her A/C unit is a huge top line unit from 17 years ago a Carrier Bryant and Edward was very confident and knew how to work on it. He was nice enough to give us pricing for a new unit or to fix the unit. No pressuring us into a new unit, her unit would cost over $20,000, with Edward Everything is itemized no guessing or giving me BS quotes. My A/C unit in my home is only around $ 10,000-$12,000 but it is nothing like her unit. I use to work for a service company 30 years ago and I would not even try to trouble shoot this unit it's so high tech. I picked Monday (since the weather was horrible and I thought the problem was in the outdoor part of the system). The tech was there on time, was courteous, professional, showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it. He informed me of what he was doing along the way, and made sure I knew more and less expensive options (when available) for parts he used. I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs. Purchased a $4000 air handler 2 weeks ago. Came home last night and there was water all over the…read morefloor. Called their "on call" service who told us they would come next day. They came in the afternoon the next day to repair the issue. The drip pan filled up with water causing the unit to shut off but water leaked from attic to 2nd flood. Some damage to ceiling. They were able to repair this and left house at 3:00 pm. By 8:00p.m. the tray was once again full and unit ceased to work. So the same day they came to fix it and got it running in 4 hours it broke again. Called them at 8 last night and they said will come sometime today. Still waiting for them. Not impressed with this company at all. They don't seem like they know what they are doing. Broke my attic stairs and need to repair ceiling along with this air handler.
