Max was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. His communication was constant, incredibly clear, and prompt. He went above and beyond to make sure all the scheduling details were perfectly aligned and that the estimate was accurate. It's so rare to find this level of responsiveness and transparency. On the day of the service, our technician, Oleksandr, was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough with the deep cleaning and treated our home with the utmost respect. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at every step of the process. His work was meticulous, and he left the space spotless. If you are looking for an HVAC company that is honest, thorough, and genuinely cares about customer service, look no further. I will absolutely be using them again!

They are extremely responsive through text and phone calls, providing all details and cost breakdowns so there aren't any surprises. The pricing is on par with competitors in the area. As for the work itself, the team was prompt, showing up at the earlier end of the promised time window. They were efficient with both installation and cleaning efforts. The installation went seamlessly and flawlessly. Overall, I would absolutely hire Airnizer again as they provide an excellent level of communication, responsiveness, and overall service quality.

I hired HVAC Hunters for a refrigerant recharge. The technician told me, based on his professional…read moreexperience, that this recharge would get my system through the summer. I took him at his professional word and approved the work on that basis. It did not last 12 hours. The system stopped working the same day. Only afterward did I read the fine print on the invoice, which says the opposite of what I was told in person: that a recharge carries no guarantee of operation for any period of time and that the refrigerant may keep leaking. So I was sold a "summer" fix verbally, handed a disclaimer in writing, and left with a system that quit before the next morning. To make it worse, no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know the outcome of the conversation with their technician. Having managed large operations for years, I know there's a right way and a wrong way to do business: set honest expectations, stand behind what your technician promises, and communicate directly. None of that happened here. My advice, get every promise in writing before you approve any work, or better yet, call someone else.

I am beyond satisfied with Elite Air Conditioning and Beyond!…read more James, the manager, was very communicative throughout the entire scheduling and quoting process. It was easy to find a time that worked. He also answered all our questions quickly and clearly. The technicians who came were very professional. They asked if they needed to take off their shoes, which I really appreciate. I offered them foot covers instead, as we are a shoes-off home. They were very kind, informative, and not only did the job, but cleaned the area around where they worked after they were done. They were on time, which is a huge in NYC and asked before moving their truck in our parking space instead of assuming, which again, is a huge thing in NYC. I am very pleased and the costs were very reasonable. I definitely would recommend this service and if I need future AC needs, I know who to call! Thank you!

The problem with our system wound up being much more complex than we originally anticipated due to an improper and unsafe electrical installation by our home's previous owners. This was further complicated when we learned that the boiler company no longer produced the part needed to repair the wiring on our model. Not only did Nick move heaven and Earth to obtain the needed part, but he honored our original price, despite the significant extra time and work that was involved in the repair. He explained everything he was dong as he did it and made a point of prioritizing doing the job correctly rather than cutting corners. ProTemp gets our highest possible recommendation.
