The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Once again, the service exceeded all expectations. Paola assisted us during our visit, and Evelyn continued to lead the team with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They both made us feel welcomed, respected, and completely comfortable throughout the entire process. What truly stands out about this location is how patient and understanding they are with senior customers. Technology can sometimes feel overwhelming for seniors, especially when dealing with passwords, iPhone features, account settings, and new plans. Paola took the time to carefully explain everything step by step, never rushing us, and made sure we fully understood all our options. She genuinely cared about helping us find the best possible solution for our needs. In today's world, it is rare to find this level of customer service. Compared to other T-Mobile locations and even other carriers, this store is exceptional. The team goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and supported. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location to any senior looking for honest, patient, and outstanding assistance. Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. The whole process takes a long time to transfer information phone to phone, so bring a book or something to keep you from staring at the walls and listening to other people's conversations. Britney was very attentive, Knowledgeable and helpful. This location seems to get very busy but they had 6 customer service reps working the whole time I was there, which was about an hour. I would come back when in need!

The background with the experience at Reseda Wireless is that another U-Haul location in Northridge gave away the moving dolly that was a part of my moving truck reservation. This happened the night before I had a 9am move-time coordinated with 4 other people. So the initial error was due to another location, hence the 2 stars instead of just 1 star. But there were issues with the truck rented by Reseda Wireless as it was out of alignment and had no windshield fluid. I had to deal with this for over 500 miles. And despite it being marked as half-full of gas, it was completely empty when I picked it up which created problems when returning the truck at the receiving location. I was directed to this location which is not open on Saturdays... I tried to avoid that incase there were any issues. When I finally got in the truck and opened the back, there was no dolly to be found and no employees that could help. So I was forced to go to a Home Depot in Van Nuys on a Saturday morning, where at least a dozen workers in the parking lot tried to solicit work from me entering/exiting the store. My girlfriend was visibly uncomfortable due to the attention there. I ended up spending $175.18 on a dolly because they were picked over. This entire ordeal made me over an hour late to meet the rest of the group, negatively impacting our move schedule. I actually made 3 attempts with U-Haul to try to find some kind of resolution before any online action was taken. In the end, U-Haul's representatives didn't think my time and trouble were worth anything more than $50. I would have gladly paid $50 to avoid putting my girlfriend in that situation, having to spend $175 on a dolly, making us late and forcing 4 other people to wait on us.

A few hours later my keyboard and trackpad started glitching. Panic mode. I jumped on Yelp because I didn't have time to roll the dice at the Apple Genius Bar and potentially lose a full day. I needed my laptop for school work that was due the next day. That's when I found Joseph. Calling him a computer repair guy feels disrespectful. He's more like a laptop surgeon! We sat down and he thoroughly inspected everything, explained exactly what liquid damage does internally, and broke it down in a way that even a non-tech person like me could understand. He used simple analogies to explain why certain components fail after spills, which honestly made the whole situation feel less overwhelming. Because I was on a tight deadline, he moved fast. He replaced the top case so I could get up and running immediately. We're calling that "Phase 1" -- basically a strategic band-aid so I could meet my deadline. I'll be going back next week for a deeper repair and full internal assessment once I have more time. What impressed me most: * Clear communication * Honest recommendations (no upselling) * Quick turnaround * Confidence without ego And yes -- he operates out of his home garage. Don't let that throw you off. It's basically a science lab in there. I was genuinely impressed by the level of equipment and Apple parts he had. It felt more like a specialized workshop than a random garage setup. I live on the Westside of LA and made the drive and I'd absolutely do it again. When you find someone competent and trustworthy, distance doesn't matter. If you're dealing with liquid damage, keyboard issues, or any MacBook emergency, Joseph is the real deal. Professional, smart, efficient, and genuinely cares about getting you back up and running. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share the results: As you can see in the photo, my new display was labeled as a "genuine Apple part." I am more than satisfied with my repair and if you need any more convincing, use this photo to show that this is a trustworthy and reputable place to get your device repaired for an affordable price.
