The lady that normally does my pedicures was off today so I was with another lady that has been working here a while. I had to give 3 stars today rather than the 5 because when I was seated in the pedi chair, I went to ask her a question and was stopped and told by her "sorry I'm on the phone, I was talking before you sat down". Hmmm.... Really. Ok, well there goes any tip I would have given you! I love this place, but that's just poor customer service. **UPDATE** There is always a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and exceptional pedicure by Ana! I have been there many times but the last two time service has gone way down! This time was the last. I went in and requested a certain pedicure and after questioning why a few things were missing I realized they were doing the basic pedicure even though I had requested more. While attempting to apply oil to my legs she used polish remover instead only to be filled by 15 minutes of "petting" my leg as the massage while she watched tv. I left with a huge rash on my legs and had to question my bill as they tried to up charge me for services they did not provide! read more

When you enter the salon, it doesn't feel like a strip mall. They have worked hard to create a relaxing peaceful environment. Although the sign on the door says they prefer appointments, I was able to walk in on a Sunday afternoon. They did try to push the Nex-Gen, but I just wanted a fill with gel polish. They did a decent job with the fill although by the next day, my gel polish has started to look dull on some areas. The price seemed on the high side to me though. I had to pay for the fill but they doubled the price for using a gel polish. So my fill ended up costing me as much as getting a full set. It was an ok experience but I won't be going out of my way to return here. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place does an amazing job as always. I got a regular pedicure by Sam and all of my friends thought it was a gel job because it was that well done. Every time I go my pedicure will last over three weeks and for as much as I am on my feet that's impressive. Since I am kind of picky but honestly but with a vast color choices, the cleanlineness of the salon, the friendliness of the staffs and the warm welcoming atmosphere , I am always happy with each of my visits. They really listen to what you want your nails to be done and do their best to make sure it is achieved. I also like that they offer you something to drink the first thing when they settle you in the comfy massage chair. Today I got my Dipping Powder redone. Tammie present me with new color with ombré style. Love the fact that they always have something new and make me excited looking forward to my next appointment . Also , I like a bit conversation during my service and Tammie is always pleasant to talk to! My nails with her last more than 3 weeks! I 've read a review complaining about the drink, especially the 8 oz. bottled water which is too little for her. Sure you should drag your full case of 24 bottles in with you since the nail salon is not a beverage store. About the chatting in minor tongue by the nail techs, I would not bother me even the do but in fact, I have been coming here for 2 years, never see my nail techs had a long chatting in their native tongue ever , only some quick exchange information , instruction or short conversations. Seeing all the recent reviews, I feel I should have checked before I came here. The nail polish I picked was very cheap and came off almost right away. The water in which my hands were soaking before the manicure was ice cold. When I brought this to the attention of the specialist, he asked me to "just soak it". I am used to soaking my hands in warm water so as to soften my cuticles when I go to other establishments. When my pedicure was done, the scissors cut into my flesh and I was bleeding. No apology was offered, but the technician did put some disinfectant on it, so I guess that's something. I also noticed that other clients seemed to be greeted with a smile and courteous behavior while I was treated kind of like a doll on an assembly line. I'm paying for service, but it doesn't hurt to smile, right? I hope I didn't do anything to offend any one at this establishment, but I won't be coming back. I don't appreciate the slip shod job done on my manicure and pedicure and the general attitude I got from the staff. read more

WORST service ever! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! A man named Le did my manicure and did a terrible job!! He was rough right from the beginning when he started to buff my nails. I told him my fingers were hurting and to be a bit more gentle. He ended up making my ring finger bleed pretty badly. He did not apologize even once about it. He continued doing my nails even after I told him he just made me bleed. The entire salon saw the way he was working and continuously knicking me. I told the manager very politely that he was rough with my nails and I did not have a good experience. She told me "it's okay it happens to me too". I'm a customer and last time I checked a place is only successful if the customer is happy. Needless to say, never returning here!! Went in for a NexGen reapplication with a gift card, but I normally go elsewhere. I typically go to a Grand Nails where I would normally pay my $35 and be out the door. But at Me Time I paid my $35, plus $5 to remove the old nails, plus $5 for tips (my nails were too short), plus another $5 to shape them. So when other places charge only $35 for all this, Me Time will charge $50. AND they won't tell you what they're doing is an up charge. You find out when it's time to pay. I would expect much more for my money, but my nails only look good from far away. read more

I downloaded Yelp just to write this review: 1) it's hot and stuffy at the location. - no air or breeze in the location and the music elevator like. Not soothing at all. 2) ordered the relaxing high end pedicure $60 - truly needing one after the 'winter'. It came with a 25 minute leg and foot massage. 3) for 10 minutes all she did was move oil on my legs - there was no massage or rubbing or anything. It was literally just pushing oil on my legs. 4) besides the polish no actual pedicure occurred. She didn't trim cuticles or buff or anything. My feet look exactly the same , just with polish 5) the place was super empty - which isn't a big deal with the beautiful weather - and they sat the only other person right next to me. Most likely so I could see what a rap pedicure looks like I'm giving it 2 stars only because of the people i met and nail polish color selection was some of the best I've ever seen. read more

By far the worst, laziest pedicure I've ever had. It lasted about 10 min and not even lotion on my feet or legs, she pretty much just cut and painted my nails. A DEN OF THEIVES Do not work at this place ever. I worked at this place for 2 months and as soon as I found another location to work at I was ever so ready to get out of there. I was told upon hire that referrals was good if you got a referral that was a bonus and you would not lose your place in line as soon as the referrals started coming back because I was killing the pedicures the staff got jealous and would say to Tammie I was telling them to ask for me that their is no way I could have this many referrals in the short time that I have been there. I thought this is what happens when you do a good job. So Tammie came to me and said that the bonuses would not be offered anymore if someone came to the door and asked for you they would get the next nail tech in line. but this only applied to me. I informed the owners of my missing items like my thermos, head phones, eye glasses and keys that just so happen to come up missing they seemed to be unconcerned and told me to take my stuff to the car. WHAT!!!!!!!!!! I did not hire in the establishment to have to watch my possessions. I expected for people to be like me if someone leaves something in a place when they returned it was their. The placed reeked with a smell of raw sewage everyday which began to affect my stomach. The staff was very unfriendly they wanted no one to make the money but them and if you did then you had hell to pay. Many of the clients told me they had ran off many of the staff and to watch the two sisters. They have the nerve to take 40% of your tips when the client paid with a credit card they did not pay until pay day then IF THAT is not enough they have the nerve to charge each employee 8% for their business using the credit card machine. I just recently moved to the area, looking for a new nail salon. I did the gel mani, pedi and wax. What cost me around 75.00 has now cost me over 300.00! For the first time in 10 years, I got a nail infection from the manicure, and with Dr, shots, and prescriptions this manicure cost me more than I wanted. In all the years I had my nails done I've haven't ever had a nail fungus!! I am sure that the lady who did my nails wasn't experienced in next generation application after 1 week my entire nail pooped off and my nail was green with fungus I then took the remaining nails off and discovered several nails the same!! I thought about writing this review for several days and I have to write this. I took my mother here because it was close to the next place we were going and because we had never been here before. When you walked in the lady at the front desk was nice enough, we wanted a mani-pedi, we were seated. The lady who did my pedi was Sharon ( I think). You could tell she was new. I was also pleasantly surprised to see she was an African-American. Sharon brought over here tray had a seat and ask the normal questions... you want something to drink? Are you comfortable? Anyway, the lady that was doing my mani I guess was the manager, she chews her out in front of me and everyone else for putting 3 rose pedals in here tray instead of 2. My mother and myself was very uncomfortable and my I felt so bad for her. The whole time she did my nails, she was looking at her doing my feet. So much so she clipped too much skin off my cuticles and now they are sore. The lady that was doing my mom's feet kept looking at her shaking her head. I have never felt so much negativity in my life! I made small talk to help her not think about how these people are treating her. After she was done, I wish her well and as she was walking off the tray slipped from her hand and everything hit the floor. EVERY WORKER IN THERE SHOOK THEIR HEADS IN DISGUST. I will never go there ever again not because of the quality of work but because their lack of compassion and yes, I will say this ... because of the clear dislike of her skin. Please know I do not throw this term lightly. My mother and I have thought and prayed for Sharon every since Friday, February 2nd. She is new to Texas and we are not making her feel welcome. My mother, younger sister, and I all went in for a pedicure. We all chose a pedicure with a 15 minute foot massage included. The person doing my mother's massage seemed so rushed to finish and get out of there, she was done within 20 minute's leaving paint on her toes. My pedicure was the only one I could say who actually took her time with me and I was satisfied. My sister had a guy named David that really created an awful experience for all of us. He started off being really friendly with my sister and trying to have a conversation. He quickly escalated to asking her what kind of food she liked, asking her a few questions, and asking her out to eat after he was done with her pedicure. This would not have bothered us, except my sister is a minor, which I am sure him and anybody else in there could tell. I sternly responded she was not going anywhere because she was not of age, he was quick to respond that he could wait until she was 18?!( Keep in mind this guy is 25 or older). It did not get any better when I told their manager Tammy about the situation. She told us that she had a few things to work on with her employees and she would talk to him, and ended it by telling my sister " but you are so pretty, why wouldn't anybody ask you out?" WRONG RESPONSE LADY! We will obviously not be coming back to such an unprofessional salon. read more

Never coming back here. When I walked in I simply asked for a pedicure and a acrylic set. It took 5 min for the person at the front to figure out what I was saying. She then sat me down at one of the pedicure stations where I sat for 45 min., which I would've been ok with had someone told me there was a wait. Nope, had to figure that out on my own. Mid way through my pedicure the receptionist comes to me and asked if it's possible to come back tomorrow as the tech who was assigned to do my nails left due to an emergency. I told her no, is just pay for my pedicure. I completely understand things happen BUT then these two young women walk in and sit down at the nail station and begin getting their nails down. Which for the life of me I. Pulsing understand why if my tech left why I just didn't get the next person. Needles to say they knew I was mad and knew it was wrong. Even the woman who was doing my pedicure looked over and was a little confused as to why. I went across the street to the salon that just open to finish getting my nails done. Never again!! read more
