I visited their website and was happy to see that I could book an appointment online. I scheduled a manicure for 11:30 AM and arrived on time, only to find the place busier than expected. When I checked in, I was told that online appointments aren't visible to them unless they're made at least three hours in advance. Fortunately, they were able to work me in. My nail tech did a great job with the manicure, but a simple greeting like a "hello" would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.

Before that, it was my natural nail. Usually it takes months of consecutive acrylics on my nails for me to get nail fungus, it's only happened once to me before. Kevin didn't clean up the old acrylic like nail techs usually do before adding on the new acrylic, and there must have been moisture underneath that wasn't cleared as it should, and now I have nail fungus as well. Actually the worst nail experience I've ever had.

LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short. By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. Mani pedi combo for regular polish was $55 ended up paying $75. My cuticles were not cleaned all that well either, theyre almost all still there. Over all I wouldn't go back.
