When I checked in, I was told that online appointments aren't visible to them unless they're made at least three hours in advance. Fortunately, they were able to work me in. My nail tech did a great job with the manicure, but a simple greeting like a "hello" would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.

They warned me that because I wasn't getting dips that the polish may not stay on. I chose a sparkle polish before they told me and it turned out to be the longest a manicure lasted on me--10 days! The pedicure lasted my standard 4ish weeks. While I was there there were three other women getting ready for some kind of event or gala, but otherwise it was pretty quiet and relaxing.
