This fake pharmacy sells all sorts of junk and even does COVID tests which can't prove anything. And yet they didn't even have my prescription which I ordered a week ago. This place is super cute - very European, with lovely European skin creams and small gifts. But most importantly: they are a great pharmacy. They compound custom prescriptions, as well as standard prescription pharmaceuticals. They answer their phone without our need to suffer voicemail hell... The pharmacists pick up the phone. They are responsive, efficient (quick turnaround!) and knowledgeable. Such a refreshing experience!! For years, I used Avella pharmacy, but I'm entirely done with them. The last few times I reordered, it took them two weeks to get my order together... In contrast, Metier will complete my order within hours or one day. read more

Great service, Randall has been wonderful about all of my questions. Significantly cheaper than Walgreens. They have been fantastic to work with. Shipping is a real perk as are their generic prescriptions made in house. Even though i generally only speak to him on the phone Randall feels like a friend, just phenomenal customer service. Very happy with Metier! I live far from the pharmacy so when I called to schedule a time to pick it up (in the future), the staff offered to overnight my prescription. It can't be exposed to heat so they packed it in ice and I was very impressed with their willingness to help. However, the package didn't arrive (through no fault of theirs) and got 'returned to sender' by the post office, so when I called to follow-up, they immediately offered to send another one and it came the next day! I am thrilled with this pharmacy and the staff. They go above and beyond to assist and their demeanor is so pleasant. I wish I lived closer and could go to them for all of my pharmacy needs. They put the customer first and they are so easy to communicate with. read more

I'm rewriting my review for the owner Did reach out through yelp to explain that my phone was not working. I don't know how no one else had issues calling me for I have been receiving calls from all other people and all last week there were no issues with people calling to get a hold of me. I now realize it was my doctor that failed to put enough information into the prescription notes. Had she done so I wouldn't have to wait on pain those few days. I was rather frustrated but I see now that this was not your fault. ThaNKYOU for taking the time to reply to me and to make changes so people are not on hold several times on a phone call. Exactly the kind of pharmacy that Arcadia has been waiting for! My pediatrician told me about this new pharmacy when I had an emergency appointment for my sick baby. I am all about supporting local businesses, so I had the prescription called into Metier Pharmacy, and headed on down from Camelback Pediatrics up the street. First, they are located in a very quaint business complex close to everything in the Arcadia area. Once inside, you are surrounded by a storefront of beautiful and unique gifts, OTC every day pharmaceutical items you may be running low on, and of course, a full service pharmacy. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pharmacist Randle House, and we had a nice conversation while he prepared my son's medication. Randle went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best service possible and made sure that my son's medication was in the proper bottle to ensure the safest dosing. A few days later, my son's ear infection didn't seem to be responding to the medication initially prescribed so a new RX was called in to Metier. Randall personally called me himself when he received the order from my pediatrician that evening, and even offered to meet me at the pharmacy before they even opened in the morning and have the medicine ready, so that I could have the medication for my son, before heading to work. I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism and personal service that Randle gave to my family, and I highly recommend Metier Pharmacy for all your family's pharmacy needs. read more

Oh my how this place has saved me on a couple of occasions! Metier Pharmacy is so easy to deal with which is why I love and support this small business. Randle the owner is super friendly and the girls at the front Jenny and Maritza were so sweet to my daughter and I when we came in. They really make you feel like family there and you just don't find that at other pharmacies. You know what else you don't find at other pharmacies? Their adorable boutique. I've bought gifts for friends, family and myself of course. I never leave there without buying something because it's just so darn cute. If you haven't been here it's a must. I love my new pharmacy! This pharmacy was a god send for me. My dermatologist prescribed me Tretinoin Cream for my acne. If any of you have ever had the "pleasure" of needing cosmetic creams, you will know most insurances will not cover this cost. After trying to fill my prescription at Walgreens and they were going to charge me $125 for one month supply, I contacted my dermatologist because this was way out of my budget. He referred me to Metier Pharmacy where the cream was a fraction of the cost, saving this single mom a ton of money! Randall, the pharmacist was a pleasure to work with and called me as soon as the prescription was available. He took the time to speak to me about the medications and answered all of my questions. Since I have been in there twice and each time I've had the same pleasant experience. His pharmacy is very unique and not like the typical pharmacy's you are use to seeing It's actually a very pleasant experience all around. I keep meaning to browse around to see all the merchandise he has to offer but typically do not have the extra time to do so. Next time I'll give myself a few extra minutes to do so. Will certainly continue filling my prescriptions here even. Its not close to where I live but semi close to where I work. One thing I can say is that its defiantly worth the drive if you are looking for a pharmacy that actually makes you feel like a person and connects with you and not just another order. read more
