I'm an interior design student, and went to the show room to start building my base for future client references. (Read: I'll be sending many future clients to these showrooms). I also asked for a sample of a porcelain piece about 3" x 3". When they found out that I was a student, they changed their minds and told me that I could not take the sample, even though it was available to the rest of the public for free. Needless to say I was treated poorly and won't be sending my future clients here. read more

I thought about giving them three stars as they do have a large selection but the way they treat you is looking down at your nose as if saying "you moron how do you not know that this is how things are done" Tina was not polite or visual as the little short lady was. It's appalling how arrogant and disinterested they are in providing personal service versus pump and dump and get you to buy a slab and get you out of their way because I'm just a small little two slab customer. You could very easily provide an on boarding or this is how we do it this is what we do here this is what we do for you. Not buying slab here again, will buy from a fabricator. read more

Their return policy is for the birds. 1) only 10 days with 20% restocking fee 2) only full orders accepted, which is ridiculous for tiles in perfect condition which can easily be resold. Of course, I didn't know this until after I purchased the product and it was in the receipt, ie too late. They would not waive the fee nor even give a store credit. I don't understand what they get out to creating disgruntled customers like this. I would have bought something else. I will not be returning and recommend you don't go there either. read more

They are not what they were two years ago. **They still have a lot of amazing slabs in the show room. I went for tiles and was prepared to buy, though the displays are now shifted into small spaces and the service was uptight and snooty. Prices doubled from two years ago. read more

They never make a mistake! How awesome. They sold my fabricator the wrong slab but despite everything we had to correct them we were told, they've not made a mistake in "20 yrs", so it must be us. So why do they look different? "Lighting, or maybe your camera" We have pictures of the tags on both slabs, so why don't they match? "The tags mean nothing, it's the name on the slab that counts"... I could rail on, but bottom line is the customer is DEFINITELY not always right. They'll accept ZERO fault or even the suggestion thereof. I strongly suggest you look at MSI and Pental instead. Things likely would go fine for you at Meta, but if they make a mistake...oh wait, they never do...Never mind. read more

Do not buy material from this company. My wife and I purchased 5 Slabs from Meta Marble, these slabs were to be book marked allowing the slabs to show a continuous pattern flow. Due to Covid our project was delayed and when our fabricator looked at the slabs for our project they were not book marked. An error had happened at Meta Marble and the slabs we had ordered were not the slabs we had. When discussing this with the owners at Meta Marble they would do nothing to correct the error even with email proof of photos of the slabs from an employee at their company. This is outrageous considering the cost of the material and the delay to our project. This was their error and they will not make it right not even a credit for the material. Do not trust this company, be very careful and make sure what you order is what you get. read more

Love this place. Right when you pull up to the warehouse they have their most mesmerizing slabs displayed. Amazing marble and granite fixtures Imported from Italy and Brazil I saw this emerald slab that was breathtaking. Their wear house is so fun to walk through. It's just beautiful slab after slab. I'm such a sucker for the marble. They have 2 show rooms , one in front and one in back. All the sales people were so helpful and so nice. The man who helped me get tile samples for my builder, was clearly very knowledgeable and was really helpful to bounce ideas off of. You can tell that the employees are all very involved in this type of work as they are all really helpful and experienced . Definitely my favorite pick of all the time marble and granite stores in the area. read more

They delivered tiles that were different than the samples that I have picked and did not want to take any responsibility for it. they cheated me and treated me disrespectfully. avoid at all cost. These people don't deserve your busines. there are plenty of alternatives in Seattle. read more

I was referred there as a place that had the best selection and price for tiles. What I was looking for was porcelain and quartz tiles. All I got was an inconsiderate answer, "We only do beautiful native stone." The best price for installed granite I found just South of there: Specialty Business Solutions with Versailles granite $50 sq ft, installed. read more

Great showroom to shop for granite slabs, marble slabs and tile.

This place does have a large selection but don't go here expecting any kind of customer service. We went to pick out a specific piece of granite and unfortunately, they are the only place in the area with any stock. Two guys started helping us and had moved two pieces of granite so we could select one when they were called away to do something else. 20 minutes later we were still standing there waiting for someone to return. We gave up and left. Granted we were there on Saturday which is a busy day, but this place badly needs some kind of system for customers. Have them make an appointment, take a number - something. Anything would be better than the free-for-all mess that is currently in place. I would rather change the design of the kitchen and choose something else than deal with this business again. read more

AMAZING place. Huge warehouse of granite, limestone, travertine, tile for countertops and remodels. Probably thousands of slabs to choose from. Really nice service. You have to work with a fabricator (they can provide names) since they don't sell their slabs directly to the public or to contractors. But for a kitchen remodel, I've never seen a bigger selection or better quality. read more

I had a great experience working with Tim and Keni at Meta Marble and Granite. Our Alaska granite fabricator sent us to Meta to choose our slabs and both Tim and Keni were knowledgable, helpful, and willing to take plenty of time with me to go back and forth in the selection process. A friend recommended Meta to us for "a visual treat" as we embarked upon our quest to find kitchen countertops- and I am so glad he did! I've never seen such unique stones, as well as such a wide selection within each type of stone they carry. We thought we knew what we wanted prior to walking in- and then discovered dolomite, and it is STUNNING. It was just installed a few weeks ago and is the most beautiful piece of stone I've ever seen! Totally makes the look of our kitchen complete. The folks at Meta were extremely helpful; they walked us through the sort of maintenance and care the stones we were considering would need, how we can help prevent staining (we ended up having our stone honed), and even set up so we could look at all of the different slabs of the particular stone we decided upon so we could select the one that was exactly perfect for our space.
