LIFE SAVER!!! Day before wedding! 3 Bridesmaid dresses that were made from measurement given over the phone. All of them were too big. They flew in the day before the wedding to find out that they all needed to be taken in. I found Mesa Tailor on yelp so we decided to give it a try. (The morning before the wedding). She was very kind and said she could have them done by 5 p.m. We went to the rehersal and rehersal dinner and stopped by that night. They all fit like a glove. VERY VERY VERY Thankful for her. This tailor did an incredible job on two items of mine. A pair of pants that were way too big all around and a reversible vest that was way too wide and even after she took it in I can still wear it both ways without noticing the stitching! She was very sweet and had a very fast turn around for a reasonable price! I completely forgot my pick up date until 30 minutes left till closing and I called her and she stayed opened just for me. My family took a few suits here to get fixed for a wedding. The quick turnaround relative to other alteration shops was the hook, and we were happy about that. The work is solid as far as we could tell--no complaints. The only down side is the cost. Every little thing was another $20+ (For the jacket cuffs, each one of the 3 jacket stitches on the sides and back, $20 for the pant hems even). If you're in a hurry, not bad. read more

Thu is professional, super sweet and is an excellent tailor! I have taken multiple jeans to her, work pants, business suits, a bridesmaid dress...the list goes on...and she has done an excellent job with each piece of clothing. Last week I took a dress that was 2 sizes too big and she managed to tailor it and make it look like it was made just for me! She really is amazing and so talented!! The plaza she is in is easily accessible, plenty of parking, and her shop has dressing rooms for you to change in. Her prices are extremely reasonable without quality being compromised!! She really deserves more than what she charges because of how good of a job she does! Awesome! If I could give six stars I would. I went in at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon and asked how soon they could alter my suit. She asked me when I needed it. I had a job interview the next day so I asked if there was any way should could do it the same day. I tried the suit on. She needed to lengthen the sleeves and hem the pants. This is the third tailor I have tried in Costa Mesa and the first one who did a first rate job! (And one of the tailors I tried had great yelp reviews) I needed a knit dress hemmed - and for those of you who know a bit about sewing - knits are difficult. I do most of my own alterations, but not when the material is a knit. I could not tell AT ALL that the dress had been shortened - the hem was flawless. Prices reasonable. I'll be back! read more
