We had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service and would not recommend this…read morebusiness to anyone. Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

Saw their Yelp Award posted on-site, so I figured I'd give Island Dry Cleaners a try -- and I'm…read moreglad I did. I was thoroughly impressed. They offer a wide range of services including dry cleaning, alterations, leather & suede cleaning, rug and drape cleaning, wash & fold, and even wedding dress preservation. I brought in 2 linen shirts, 1 pair of linen pants, and 1 pair of dress pants for dry cleaning, and everything came back looking fantastic. What really stood out was the linen pants. They had a stain at the bottom of one leg that other dry cleaners either missed or couldn't remove. Island Dry Cleaners got it out without any issue. Every piece was also crisply pressed. The service was fast and friendly. I dropped everything off Tuesday morning and received a text notification Wednesday late morning saying my clothes were ready for pickup -- a full day earlier than expected. Pricing was $7.50 per item, which is a little higher than what I'm used to paying, but absolutely worth it for the level of quality and service received. I'll definitely be back.

I decided to give them a try and dropped off a dress and a men's dress shirt, hoping my experience would match the many 5-star reviews. I'm happy to say it did. The shop is clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming both when I dropped off and picked up my items. The turnaround time they quoted was accurate, and the total cost for both items was just over $20, which is a great price for a local cleaner. I'm glad to have found a reliable neighborhood spot and would happily recommend Diamond Dry Cleaners to others.

I'm new to Arizona and was looking for a laundromat nearby. This happened to be the third place I…read morefound that felt safe and comfortable to go to over the previous two. Upon my first visit, here's my observations: 1. The laundromat is small but comfortable enough to get whatever washing you need done. 2. They have commercial machines available, some UV light washing machines and all machines take debit/credit card, which is useful. 3. It's good that this place has a restroom but here's the bad--it's run down, has no lock on the door for guests when in use, no toilet seat tissue covers, the toilet may clog up even with minimal use, there's water stains and mold buildup on the ceilings all of which are aesthetically unpleasant. Would I come here again? Sure. My needs are pretty basic so I won't dismiss this laundromat but maybe some improvement can be made to the restroom as this is important. It's neutrally accommodating.

However, the pants needed to be altered; taken in, and hemmed. With only four days left before the dance, I frantically called all the nearby alterations shops to see if any of them would be able to squeeze it in. Fortunately for us, Happy Cleaners & Tailors said they could! We drove there immediately. The kind seamstress got to work and said she could have it done that Saturday, the day of the homecoming dance. Literally a few hours before it starts. I thanked her and paid. For a rush job, it was reasonably priced, I think it was between $30-40, which I thought was reasonable. We picked up the pants the day of the dance and they fit my son perfectly! I've since returned to drop off bedding for dry cleaning. The ladies who work here are always pleasant. I've had nothing but great experiences here!

It came back completely ruined. I figured it was a one-time occurrence so I returned to have them clean an expensive duvet cover & matching shams. I returned to pickup the items & they lost my shams, claiming I never dropped them off.
