This adorable little cottage had one of the best double shots of espresso I think I've ever had and…read moreI think that's saying something, because I'm from WA and I've had some of the best coffees ever in my hometown- tying only with Budapest. I don't know if it was because I was half awake and really needed some caffeine but this tasted incredible it was a perfect temperature, it did not taste burnt which many places do when you just get straight espresso), AND had fantastic flavor-- in fact I kind of wish I had asked about what coffee they used and I would have bought a bag of it, but I was already jumping on the road... Found this place by accident, when I passed through on Highway 101. I will definitely be back and if you're someone who is traveling to Santa Barbara, Pismo Beach or surrounding areas make sure you get off the freeway and check this place out right off Highway 101. Also the peanut butter cookie was DELICIOUS!!

Stopped by for a couple of iced coffees and was seriously impressed. I ordered the four leaf clover…read morelatte with Irish Crème, and my fiancé got the Snickerdoodle Latte. Both drinks were incredibly creamy and smooth, with a rich flavor that never felt overly bitter or overly sweet. The Lucky Charms had a fun, nostalgic taste with just the right amount of Irish crème, while the Snickerdoodle Latte was perfectly balanced with warm cinnamon-cookie notes. What stood out most was how well-crafted both drinks were. You could actually taste the coffee without it being overpowering, and neither drink felt loaded with sugar like some flavored lattes do. The staff were also genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Great service, great atmosphere, and great coffee. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

My wife and I just stopped in for their breakfast burrito. Absolutely delicious…read more A grilled crispy yet soft tortilla, with fluffy eggs and buttery crispy potatoes. To top it all off, the most flavorful smoky bacon I've ever had pulled it all together to pure perfection. The best burrito I have ever eaten in Santa Barbara or anywhere for that matter. The place had such a cool vibe! We sat outside in the cool Montecito weather, and we must have talked for an hour after our burrito. The pastries inside looked so delicious! I was able to talk my wife into buying a couple croissants for later on. I would have eaten them then but I was so full from the burrito. The whole experience could not have been nicer! High five Renaud!!!!

This lovely Bistro is five stars all the way The staff couldn't be nicer. Richard was especially wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and told me that the owner designed this bakery with the idea that you should feel like you're in France without having to take the trip--and that is definitely the vibe! He also shared that they usually have French music playing that the owner grew up with, but unfortunately that wasn't available today. It was so fun talking with Richard about music. He is such a cordial, lovely, and talented young man. I also learned a lot about the food/menu and the pastries. The lamination on the baked goods is surreal. I wanted just a tiny taste so I got the brownie cookie and it is so scrumptious. Thank you for the recommendation Gabrielle. I can't wait to come back and try them all so I can walk them off in the village! LOL I also had the best matcha, and I am SO thrilled that they have soy milk. Hooray! What a sweet first visit. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! Support local:)
