Ordered the Frosnapper and date/almond loaf and was not disappointed. The frosnapper was light and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Not too sweet. The date loaf is always a win for me. My only con is the pricing. I understand the quality of ingredients, and the care, but I do wish it was slightly more affordable, especially when purchasing multiple items.

Service was good, but sandwich was meh. Was a bit dry, and had too much mustard for my liking. However the bread and butter (which was their speciality) was good. I'd go back but get something else.

Would've loved to visit and try their goods, but they're closed for holiday break from 12/24-1/2. The Montecito location is open!

The goods here are incredible. I had the fava bean toast and the hyyge bun. The fava beans are mixed with some cucumbers and lemon for some tanginess and laid out on a bed of delicious sourdough and ricotta. I would have this everyday. The hygge (huga) bun tasted like a healthy cinnamon bun, soo good, 10/10. There is some indoor (limited) and outdoor seating. I decided to sit outdoors and it was absolutely relaxing - great atmosphere! Parking is limited, it is street parking - there is a lot right next to the bakery but it specifically says no oat bakery parking. The service was good but I did feel a little rushed to order. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my food and definitely would come back.

I loveeeee their bread!!! I've tried the garlic sage and the charcoal focaccia. I love love that they gave samples and their service is amazing. There are yummy pastries on display too that I'd love to try!

I like the unique options they have. The charcoal sourdough bread was good and has good chewy-ness to it. The charcoal spent really give addition to the taste though. The marzipan stick was delicious. Very good flavor and texture. Service was good and nice. I like the outdoor sitting to just enjou your bread and the goodness in this world.

Amazing food, I would go here every day if I could. Try the toast and their sandwiches! They are to die for. We saw this location wasn't open today, so we drive all the way down to the montecito location just to have some- that should be a testament to how good it is! I would move in here if I could.

Awesome new location in Old Town Goleta! Great bread and they said more to come in the coming year! Went in the other day and it smells of fresh baked bread. You can even see them make the bread right in fron The staff was also very friendly and I'm excited to this place add to the growing Old Town community!

This is a cute cafe to go to for a lighter breakfast or brunch! Their selection was pretty good and the size of their breads are fair. My absolute favorite was the miso scallion foccacia. I am so happy to snag the last piece!! This foccacia is the reason I want to go back. The sage garlic roll was also very good. This is a nice bakery to visit in Old Town Goleta. Their breads are fresh and I gotta come back for that focaccia!!

I found my new post ride breakfast stop. The service, food and positive vibes are amazing. I would suggest the Scandinavia plate and coffee. If you are looking for a refreshing change then Oat bakery is your best choice.

This is not your normal CAFE, the name says it from the star and your will find an oaky smell and if you dont find it at least will see it becase the menu is Different! You'll see. Taste was not quite what I was expecting from my bite, but it had a nice Cinnamon Apple running throughout my palate. Staff were really nice and smily always, but as always you be the judge!

Good service, decent options both vegan and non-vegan. I'd go again especially since a local eatery.

I ordered the B.L.T.A. to go and it was honestly the worst sandwich I have ever paid for…read more Not only did it look nothing like the picture, the quality of ingredients was extremely disappointing across the board: - Stale, basic white store bought sandwich bread (think Wonder Bread) - Pre-shredded, store-bought lettuce - Two slices of tomato total -- one per half (and they were completely different sizes) - Less than half of an avocado for the entire sandwich - Plain mayonnaise, not the "Tabasco mayo" advertised - Cheap, fatty bacon that tasted like low-end grocery store brand Did the cook have to stop at the grocery store on their way to work today? On top of that, the ingredients were distributed completely unevenly between the two halves. I literally had to take both halves apart and redistribute everything myself just to make it edible. Nothing about this felt fresh. I also swapped the "house-made chips" for tater tots -- which turned out to be the exact Ore-Ida frozen tots you buy at the grocery store, and even worse... they were undercooked and mushy. I am willing to bet I just paid $16 for about $2.50 worth of ingredients. For $16, this was not just underwhelming -- it was bad, REAL BAD. Do NOT order this sandwich.
