What an adorable coffee shop with the most pleasant woman who greeted us (perhaps the owner/manager!?) she offered us samples since we were first timer and brought out a Vietnamese coffee and matcha samples which were both amazing! The ambience of the place was absolutely adorable and so spacious with a beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy your bev on a sunny day! Such a hidden gem near the airport! One of my fave coffee shops in SB! From the outside, it looks a bit smaller but upon entering, it's super spacious with a LOT of great lighting for working/studying here, huge wall with windows - the service here is also so sweet, they even drew cute Christmas tree and a thank you with a heart on our coffee cups coffee also came out quickly - the tables are comfortable for studying also and wide and chairs were comfy (I don't like when coffee shop chairs are hard and it feels um comfy to sit for several hours) - the coffee itself is delicious! I reallyyy was pleasantly surprised at the Vietnamese iced coffee - it was sooo delicious (can't tell if it was a sprinkle of vanilla or coconut in it but I liked it actually better than traditional Vietnamese coffee) - I can't wait to come back and try the matcha! read more

What a cute little coffee shop! I say little, but there was a ton of seating inside and outside and a lot of studious customers typing away at their computers all over the store. The whole vibe was awesome. We had the pleasure of trying the sausage and egg Boppie, which turned out to be delicious! The sweetness of the bread mixed with the savory of the sausage was a delectable combination. We also tried their homemade cookies and they were on point! I tried two drinks, the matcha latte and the Vietnamese coffee which are both specialties I believe. Matcha is way too milky, it's served in a big cup so it explains the lack of matcha and more milk. The Vietnamese coffee is premade which is fine, but it's nowhere near other Vietnamese coffee brews I've had. Service is great tho it's just the quality of the drinks that are very low. read more

I would give 5 stars for the drinks alone, but I'm giving 4 because the food (bagels) was pretty average. I tried the Vietnamese coffee & it was delicious. A very large serving for the price. The lemonade was also very good. I got the prosciutto bagel with goat cheese and arugula. The bagel was pretty average all around. Not bad and not amazing. We also tried the bagel with avocado and tomatoes. The tomatoes did not come seasoned, but when we added salt and pepper it made it a lot better. Seems like a great study spot, with a fair amount of seating inside and out. I believe that they have free WiFi as well! read more

I finally made it to this intriguing coffee shop! I drive by often, and unless you work in this area, it is not close to much. But it charmed me and I will certainly be back. ....Especially to try that date toast...sounds ( and looked) so good. It's a cool spot, kinda like a little in the middle of nowhere. Yet you are close to Direct Relief, the airport, and some tech companies. Super easy parking. Lovely tables and areas to read, talk, study, meeting, etc. And bounty sitting outside too. Delicious coffee and other tasty and unique drinks. I had a oat vanilla matcha and it was perfect. Some cookies and pastries too. Truly, one of the best cafe's around. read more

As a self admitted coffee snob, this place gets 5 stars for the latte alone. They know that the milk should not be over steamed, keeping the milk sweet and the temperature so that you can drink it right away. The vibe is great, setting up my coffee expectations for perfection. There was a communal manual typewriter near the entrance (see pic), and even the bathroom had cute artwork! The location is freeway close, and even though I visited on a Saturday morning, there was not a line for ordering! There are plenty of seating options both inside and out. So, why did I deduct a star? The scone. The scone fell short. I was not even planning on getting a baked good, but since they all looked so tasty and I was facing another 4 hours on my drive, I opted for the 3 berry scone, which was endorsed by an employee (after the cashier admitted to not trying one). It looked great, but I think all of the berries were on the edge were I saw them as it was not packing a berry punch whatsoever. Also, I was driving so the crumble factor was a miss - something like what you'd expect from a gluten free muffin, not from a regular scone. They offered half off of day old baked goods, but I chose otherwise. Will I go back? HECK YES. I make this commute at least quarterly, and appreciated the time I saved from keeping it close to the freeway and not having to wait in line. I won't make the mistake of the scone, but might give into trying out a cookie. But, I will be fueling up on a latte for my drive. read more

The service was very good! The girl that rung me up was exceptionally personable and everyone seemed happy to be there. Iced lavender matcha latte 9.42/10- not as sweet as it normally is, but the lavender notes are very subtle making it pleasant. Lots of ice. My favorite matcha latte though! This coffee shop also offers HALO portable chargers which has a plug for your computer and phone. In addition you could even jump start your car. They give you this in exchange for your ID or keys and it's honestly so convenient considering their more lounge seating doesn't have too many power outlets nearby. I've never seen this before and it's so useful. My favorite study spot in Goleta, it's never too crowded. The music is a bit loud, so I recommend bringing headphones or AirPods. Their food is also amazing and the service is great, drinks and food both come out very fast read more

Was hesitant to branch out of my norm coffee places to try Dean. I am sure glad I did though because this hip, modern, and welcoming place is now one of my favorites. The atmosphere is super cute and a perfect place for either a date, family morning, or work space. The coffee has always been good (hard to say nowadays with most places), and they have a variety of menu items for food. Anything from pastries, simple meals that are pre-made, and breakfast they whip up real quick in the kitchen! My favorites are the toasts!
