If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever had in my entire life. We arrived for our reservation and were told to wait 10-15 min for a table by the host. An hour and a half later we are directed to a table by him and a waiter FORCES us up for another group. 2 hours of my life wasted by lies and horrible service. Don't allow reservations if you don't have the space. Will definitely be telling everyone I know that the "new hot spot" is actually trash unless you know a waiter I guess. read more

Overall amazing dining experience from the appetizers to the drinks. I dined at Mera on a Thursday evening and it was hands down one of the best cocktails I've ever had paired with delicious sides/appetizers. This place is up and coming, swanky and has a great ambiance. Definitely a special gem for the neighborhood compared to other local spots its more upscale and refined but price point is just right. Overall would definitely recommend and dine again. Looking forward to hosting a future celebratory event here. My husband and I went to dinner here tonight. The food, service and ambiance we all fantastic. We ordered the hummus, which was silky and came with warm pita. The shepherd's salad was tasty and fresh. The kofta sliders were juicy and very tasty. We split the chicken kebab, which came with the most delicious, perfectly cooked and buttery rice. DELICIOUS FOOD! The atmosphere is definitely lively and fun. Great new place to come hang, have some drinks, and smoke hookah. One downside is that they charge automatic 20% gratuity, even for parties of 2. And it is not disclosed on their menu. So needless to say when we got the bill, our eyebrows were raised. Usually, and especially in NYC, auto grat is added to parties of 6+, not two top tables. My suggestion would be to please change that, or at least make it visible on the menu. Otherwise, once again, the food is awesome, drinks are good, and great music. Super fun atmosphere. read more

One of worst lounges to go to. After spending near 1,000 got kicked out after 2 hours and was willing to spend another thousand. As soon as stepping out the place the bouncer wants to start problems. The manager or who ever he was is so disrespectful and we are telling him we are about to order more food and said no I'll put you on the bar and never did. Food was decent, however not worth the pricing. Waited roughly an hour for seating which was whatever. but the service was atrocious. Waited 1 hour for utensils to arrive after our food got cold and they came 1 by 1 in 10 minute intervals. When the desert finally arrived we had asked for spoons since our initial ones were taken with our plates, didn't come for at least 30 minutes and when they came they were dirty to the touch. She apologized, but still "forgot" it again. They kept serving the same few tables, and forgetting the rest. It felt like a discrimination. I normally go to pergola in Manhattan (must go) but I wanted to find something closer to home because I live in the area. wait time is excruciating! Seems the bartender was making drinks as well as being the waiter. Food took forever ! Came out and my roasted chicken was so over cooked ! The hookah took about an hour it came out and the charcoal wasn't lit completely myself and two other couples behind me were also upset because we sat for another 45 min after telling them about the hookah and they still haven't changed it. You would think it's a Monday there weren't many people there why are they so slow !!???? I'm so disappointed. The bartender was nice but he didn't care really Care to help the situation and the hookah guy gave attitude because we all Complained about the hookah 1/10 for me sorry.
