Someone had taken our lock off and put a completely different one on there. Linda got on the phone with HR to see how to handle our issue. They explained the steps to her on how this should be handled just in case we needed to file a police report if we had any items missing. The person that normally cuts the locks off wasn't there, but she didn't want us to wait for him to get back and wanted to help us resolve this. She was fast, professional, genuine, kind, and very helpful. She was able to cut off the old lock so we could put a new one on. Her management and customer service skills are far above the ordinary. Thankfully, nothing was missing from our unit and we did not need to file a police report. We have been customers there since 2016 and this is the first issue we've had. Thank you Linda!!

The property is very well maintained, and the team is extremely friendly. We really appreciated the quality customer service. The move-in deals were awesome and beat out other local options. Even after the special ended, the regular price for our unit was very reasonable. We had been paying twice as much at a different storage company in Redlands that wasn't as clean or well-managed. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely store our belongings there again.
