Someone had taken our lock off and put a completely different one on there. Linda got on the phone with HR to see how to handle our issue. They explained the steps to her on how this should be handled just in case we needed to file a police report if we had any items missing. The person that normally cuts the locks off wasn't there, but she didn't want us to wait for him to get back and wanted to help us resolve this. She was fast, professional, genuine, kind, and very helpful. She was able to cut off the old lock so we could put a new one on. Her management and customer service skills are far above the ordinary. Thankfully, nothing was missing from our unit and we did not need to file a police report. We have been customers there since 2016 and this is the first issue we've had. Thank you Linda!!

I ordered the unit online but also spoke with them (the company vs this specific location) by phone. I've spoken to Joyce (AT this location) who was helpful and kind. My only criticism would be the ability to conveniently get out of the gates... but I don't think that's their fault. They used the space as well as they could in my opinion. The other reviewer definitely had a hard time - they must have solved the gate problem by the time I rented space here. We did have large moving trucks deliver into the unit for us and they managed the navigation without issue.

If you have been to this location you know it is very awkward to enter and exit. (Position of the gates) My rv is 36ft in length and doesn't maneuver very well, so having both gates is a must so I can enter one and exit another. We have had to cancel a couple trips due to this issue. A couple weeks ago we received a notice stating we will be having a $21 increase in our storage fee. But my question is WHAT IS THIS INCREASE FOR?? The gates do not work! The gates have broke while in the open position, I call the call center Saturday night when it was noticed and was told it will be fixed by Tuesday! Almost 3days the gate was left wide open. We have no amenities here , only a semi flowing water Spicket. I have reached out to The call center several times the last couple weeks to speak with a "area manager" the call center guy called her while I was on hold and he relayed to me that" She will call you Monday" I never received a call. I left a safe a SECURE Storage Facility to be 10mins closer to home and It was a mistake. I paid less and had full amenities like Dump Station, fresh potable water, wash bay, ice machine, and 24 hour access. On December 29th I was at storage and the only gate that has worked the last couple weeks was no longer working and we were instructed that our hours are now limited to our trailers from 9am- 6pm and Not on Sunday. So after the long new year's weekend, I couldn't even bring my rv back to a storage I already pay a lot of money for! No email was sent out by a area manger informing us we couldn't have access certain hours. I know I am not the only tenant who feels this way, I have spoke to several that stress the same concerns. I will say Joyce in the office is amazing! Very professional and caring. But she can only do what she can do. Secur Care corporate needs to step it up. All these issues are way above her pay grade.
