The customer service of the workers is pretty good. However it seems that they do not have anyone else onsite to help with the facilities. The front desk is almost always locked up with a sign that says be back soon. It's quite an inconvenience trying to speak to someone that works here. All 3 times I've come by around opening and have faced this issue. Wished they had more staffing for the front desk, happy to close out my unit because of this read more

The clerks I dealt with were fine. The access hours are incredibly limited for the price they charge and they do not provide access to a trash bin. Every storage place I've been to so far has had one. It's been 9 months and they decided to hike the price up way too much and so I cleared my stuff and went to a more reasonable unit and company. read more

Really terrible access and availability. I saw decent reviews so i rented a unit without checking the availability. It was difficulty for me to complete my reservation because i needed to come in to show my ID during their business hours and there was no way to do it online. I let them know when I was coming but l still had to wait when I arrived because one staff had to leave to give a new customer a tour and the other was on break (even though I called and confirmed). The woman that assisted me was very sweet though, thank you miss. Then, to make things worse you can only access the units until 8pm so when my big rig storage arrived at approx 8:01, i could not even get into the place and there was no after hours number I am so irritated by their access hours and customer service. I just wasted money on a unit I never even saw.WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. I found a place down the street that i could get online within 5 minutes and was accessible until 10pm. Shout out to Secure Care Storage, you can do everything online and access until 10pm :) read more

DON'T DO IT!!! just walked in to ask why the rent was raised so suddenly... WITHOUT THE BLINK OF AN EYE-the service representative said the contract states they can do that after 30 days.... So, if your rent was $140 this month it can shoot to $230 next month just by sending you a letter. And will continuously happen every 6-8 months!! I wouldn't suggest such signing terms with no holiday access....DAILY early gate lock-out and constant Raise in rent. Check out other places first for sure!! read more

I wish I could give this place no stars, my experience from beginning to now has been a mess. When I started searching for a storage unit I didn't have many options and I needed something pretty fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take the time I needed to really find a good place. When we went in to the office to rent our storage unit I didn't have my ID, so my husband used his, (no biggy), fast forward two years, come to find out they raise the monthly storage fees every 6 months-a year (I was never made aware of this, and this is my first time renting a storage) and what we started paying $230 for a 10x15 has turned into $300. So one day I pull into the facility and my husband needed to use the restroom, he goes in and there's feces all over the toilet. So we ask to use the inside toilet, --no we can't use it because we don't have a unit, but??? We do?? At this point I'm frustrated so I'm trying to tell the lady the unit number and let her know my name and come to find out I'm not on the storage, only my husband is. GREATTT right? So at this point they call the authorities because they feel as if I'm trespassing? LOL unbelievable. So, cops arrive, I'm banned from the place from then onwards. the check to pay for the unit comes from my bank account, the number is mine, and they email me with receipts every month. Somehow that's not good enough for my to have any type of owner ship. On top of all this my sister goes into the storage just a few days ago and they harassed her for being there. CHANGED the gate code. Now this isn't the first time they've done that. They can just apparently change the code whenever they want. So my husband has to go back in the office every time to get the code. I'm fed up with this place and I'm sick of the way these people have handled their place of business.
