No sign and then I get a call from the front office Lacrecia to come to the office. I do and with my baby and get accused of unit damage and ripping off the lock to get in. Shows me a picture of the locker with no top lock or company lock so in the dark I cut off there lock and break in my unit to move into a $40 unit. They said I did $100 in damage. I literally opened the locker and a $5 base board came off. They claim just remodeled. Worst rental experience and move in experience! Stop renting units if closed. Under construction!

I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.
