I had seen some clearance and sale suits online and wanted to reference those options in-store.   Unfortunately, the initial service I received was very disappointing. The first associate(blonde dyed hair asian worker) I worked with discouraged me from the clearance/sale options by saying they were all made from "cheap" linen material that creases easily, which he said explained the discount. That seemed odd to me, especially since these were Indochino's own products. I later noticed that the sale and clearance options included other fabric blends as well, so the information I was given did not appear to be accurate.   Because I did not feel I was getting helpful guidance, I ended up sitting in the store and placing my order online myself. I purchased approximately $2,000 worth of suits before discounts. During that process, the same associate also suggested that I should buy "nicer" suits because of the job I was starting, which came across as judgmental, unprofessional, and inappropriate.   After I completed the online purchase, he helped me schedule a measuring appointment for 3:00 PM. At that point, another associate assisted me, but the experience still felt disengaged and unhelpful. It seemed like the level of interest dropped once the purchase had already been made online.   The reason I am still giving 2 stars is because another gentleman later stepped in and completely changed the experience. He seemed to recognize that the visit had not gone smoothly, took over the appointment, measured me efficiently, offered helpful insight, and explained how the customizations would affect the final suit. His professionalism and service were excellent and were night-and-day compared to the earlier part of the visit.   Overall, the branding is what made me walk in through the door and I have yet to receive the final product but the customer service experience was very inconsistent. The final associate was great, but the earlier interactions made the visit awkward and frustrating.

What I appreciated most was how welcoming and judgment-free it felt. As someone who's genderqueer, that meant a lot--there was zero awkwardness, just a really inclusive and respectful environment. I'd definitely recommend working with Valentina if you're looking for a personalized and comfortable fitting experience. I'm excited to get my suit! One small note: pricing didn't really come up during the appointment, so I'd suggest bringing up your budget beforehand. I was lucky that it worked out for me, but it's something to keep in mind.

Uhm, I'm pretty sure dresses don't wrinkle from white to PINK. Even though we were looking for only TWO dresses for the TWO OF us, he kept telling us to buy three and even four.... why would two people need four dresses?!?! Low alteration pricing!…read more I've been coming here for years to get some jeans, dresses and jackets altered. The tailor is great- he asked if you want the original hem or new hem with thread color match up and usually have you try the clothing on some he can assure the alterations are done correctly. The original hem usually takes longer then the new hem. His estimated return time is exact and he will work with you if you need the clothing in a hurry. The only downfall to this store is the parking. Its in a Vietnamese plaza with Senter Food market, on the strip that is right in front of the market (parallel). I usually come on the weekdays or when they first open on the weekend to avoid the parking chaos and new drivers. So if you're looking for decent alteration prices, come on by!

(I'm honestly genuinely hoping he gets a commission because I feel like this kind of customer service is pretty hard to find these days.)
