Came just for a lil lunch date with my lil slice of Apple Pie. We pretty much didn't know it was here since we yelped for the pizza place next door. But such a treat to find a place like this inland of Miami compared to getting yogurt towards the beach. Flavors were good and the place is pretty clean on the inside. Very easy to follow how to choose your stuff and you pay by weight. The only reason why 4of5 stars is because we decided to do outside seating and their windows are disgusting. Don't think they have cleaned their outside windows since it's covered with spiderwebs and debris. But yogurt us still really good though! read more

My favorite spot in the area! Service and froyo are both great. On busy weekend nights even the owners are there. They have both outside and inside seating, a chalk board and even give the kiddos free stickers every visit. I really like the variety of flavors and toppings offered, but I would rather have the original fro-yo because Menchie's Frozen Yogurt tastes more like ice cream and it tastes as pure sugar. I would make a fusion between Menchie's and Pinkberry, having the fro-yo from pink berry and the toppings and price from Menchie's. I hope Menchie's read this and add original fro-yo to the "menu" :) read more

My wife and I have been a tart fans since day one , but the past couple of months there has been 3 times that the tart has tasted expired. One time I complained to the manager and he said it tasted fine to him even though he admitted to not be a regular tart eater (so how would he know?!) I told them to change it and they told me to come back tomorrow .it's like they like to just leave the yogurt sit there until it turns rotten. Awful experience , never going back. read more

I have tried many frozen yogurt places, but this one is the BEST! I love the flavor and they have a huge variety of toppings. Plus, at this location the staff is super friendly and helpful. My kids love this place. The flavors are a bit rare for them, so they stick to the chocolate, cookies and cream and the vanilla one. The best part is that your able to put your own toppings and get charged by weight. Kids taking care of the customers are awesome. Just beware with the manager and/or owner.... he's a bit rude to customers and speaks rough to his employees in front of customers. I have walked out of the store before due to how he's communicating with his employees. Don't want my kids to deal with it. Otherwise we love Menchie's. read more

The yogurt here is ok, good toppings.....HOWEVER.....There is a dark-haired lady that is either the franchisee or manager that is extremely rude and has no courtesy or tact whatsoever. After buying $18 of yogurt for my family, we noticed the Reeses fudge and wondered what it was like. I picked up a sample cup to sample a DROP of the fudge.......the manager sees me and says 'Sir, you can't do that!".....I said, 'Sorry, didn't know..." she keeps on saying.... "samples are for yogurt only, not toppings"....I was polite and said, I apologize,I didn't know......she kept on saying 'Absolutely NOT!" I said, no problem, I wasn;t aware it was prohibited and promptly threw the cup away. I was nice and polite the whole time and there is no signage stating any restrictions or "rules".... I'm a 44 year old man, that just finished paying $18 for yogurt.....and I was very polite.....yet she spoke to me in front of everyone as if I were a child. She could have easily said, 'Sir, I'm so sorry, but we don't allow samples of toppings, I'm sorry."....This lady has zero customer service or people skills and I see others have had similar experiences. With so many yogurt shops around, I'll make certain to NEVER come here again. This lady is beyond rude and unprofessional. read more

We used to come here on a daily basis but this experience was bad enough that we most likely won't be coming back. The kids that work here are great, but there's a lady (owner or manager perhaps?) that works in the afternoon who is extremely rude and has no people skills whatsoever, especially for someone working in a customer service-oriented business (and this is coming from a veteran in the industry). The frozen yogurt machines here have a nasty habit of exploding on you and leaking watery yogurt at first. No one likes watery yogurt. We pumped the machine lightly to rid it of the preemptive watery liquid and lo and behold this lady shows up behind us chastising and scolding us loudly as if we're kids. There were children making a mess of the toppings as well as other adults doing the exact same thing we did and she made it a point to come and make an example of us for the whole place to see and hear. It was my mother and I; two very calm grown women mind you. She made an extremely unnecessary scene and continued arguing with us, then told us that she jumped at us because she'd never seen us there before. Aside from the fact that we'd always go there (not anymore, obviously), how does that possibly justify treating your customers that way, anyway? I've seen this place a ruckus and nothing of the sort ever happens. Whatever her excuse, that was honestly unacceptable. The flavors they keep up here are pretty average, anyways. There's actually a great place we found called Yogenfruz in London Square which we go to now instead. Way tastier, cheaper, and the people are much more polite. I haven't met the dark-haired lady (manager) people are commenting bad about, but I'm sure she has a lot to do with my review. When they first opened, we must've been their best customers because we were there maybe 4-5 times a week. We had to slow down because it was becoming an obsession, LOL! We recently went back, and to say I was disgusted is a huge understatement!! The floors were sticky EVERYWHERE. The tables were sticky and tipping over. When my 3 yr old asked to use the restroom, I forbid him from even flushing the toilet.....it was grossly disgusting as if it hadn't been cleaned since the day it opened. Mold and mildew everywhere. Only led me to imagine how poorly and dirty it was behind that wall where the ice cream is kept. Needless to say, we will NOT be back until they decide to clean and sanitize again. Yuck!! read more
