I've been to dozens of menchies, for decades and this by far has been the dirtiest one i've ever walked into. I've never seen something like this before, i understand places get busy but this is every time i visit this location. Staff is not friendly, have no sense of urgency, just standing around while the toppings are dirty, courters are not whipped out or cleaned. A cute fro yo shop with a variety of flavors and toppings. Theres a few tables inside and a few outside. The service was good. I was able to taste some of the fro yo before deciding which flavors I wanted. I got the peach and original tart with some (defrosted) fruit toppings, walnuts peanuts and almonds, mochi and some Nila wafers. It was really good, I ended up finishing the entire thing. Always love going to Menchies. I've been going to this specific location for years. My last visit today was nice. The place was full of customers but the line was not very long at all. I got milk chocolate and Dulce de leche frozen yogurt, both flavors are delicious. Toppings, marshmallows and chocolate nonpareils. There was an issue today, being that the spoon to scoop the marshmallows was not clean, it was sticky with some frozen yogurt on it... it needed to be replaced. Note, don't try using the yelp check-in coupon at this Menchies location since the employees don't know what it is or how to redeem it... must be an old coupon that hasn't been removed from their yelp page. Who doesn't love a big cup of frozen yogurt, covered in a millions different toppings?! Lol. And Menchie's knows how to deliver. I'm a big fan of them. Every location I have ever been to is always clean and the toppings bars and yogurt stations are always immaculate. They have a a great selection of toppings, as well. Lots of fresh fruits and fruity toppings if you want to be good, and lots of decadent toppings if you want to be bad. My only complaint would be that prices are starting to get kind of high. For my family if 4, I am paying about $28 for 4 cups, and they aren't even half way full. Unfortunately, I guess that's just where everything is at- overpriced. read more

This isn't my neighborhood Menchie's but I did end up here with a friend and overall it was a good experience, We went on a sunday night and it was packed - always a good sign. The staff was friendly and busy so they weren't on top of cleaning and restocking the self serve stations, but once it was brought to their attention they quickly brought us the toppings. Maybe consider having someone cleaning up periodically? Not sure if they were just under staffed. Loved my yogurt - 10/10 recommend the strawberry mango combo with some almonds and fruits. read more

It's somewhat difficult to mess up a self serve frozen yogurt, so I won't comment on the quality of the dispensed food. The issue with this place is that it is absolutely trashed and filthy inside and out. The floors are unsanitary and dirty, the toppings bar is covered with food and debris, the toppings were mostly empty, the exterior concrete is black from filth, garbage cans are overflowing, and to top it off, the little hellion kids are running amok with no parental supervision. It's still amazing coming to this place even during COVID! There being extra precautious which is great.. as soon as you enter you have to hand sanitize your hands and grab a pair gloves to grab the yogurt cups and to fill your cup with the yogurt and toppings. They have pick up takeout and outdoor dining. All the frozen yogurt flavors are available with the toppings. You also get a 10% discount for checking in! This place was our go to for many years. We stopped going because the place was starting to look run down not clean the workers are teenagers and they just hang out there and talk. We went yesterday 9/6/24 and it is disgusting the bathroom trash was completely overflowing, toilet paper everywhere all over the floor and coming out of the toilet. The floor, windows and outside was all dirty and sticky. The toppings looked like left overs. Someone said the ice cream they wanted was empty and the associate was annoyed. I say hire 1 maybe 2 adults to run the place. No need for 4 teenagers to be there hanging out not taking care of the place. read more

We traveled approximately 10 miles for a frozen treat. This is our second time coming to Menchie's. This location is fairly clean. Lots of staff (at least 3-4) behind the circular counter. I am rating this particular location 3 stars because my son had to use the restroom and the response from one of the staff employees was that the restrooms were closed. This is the second time this happens and with the same group of friends. My husband took my son throughout the shopping center and could not locate a restroom because stores were either closed, lobbies were locked (even McDonald's was closed) and denied access since we were not customers. Even when my son and husband came back, I had already paid ice cream for myself and my other son so we were already established customers. The store policy should encourage more flexibility for paying customers. A frozen yogurt franchise should expect children as a customer based and children will need to use the restrooms. read more

Amazing variety for a frozen yogurt place! topping and yogurts are always full. even when they're a little low, someone comes by to refill them. the employees are super duper nice and don't seem to get their job like other frozen yogurt places i've been to. Yum! anything you can think of as toppings, they had plenty of! their interior is perfect for social distancing. they had 2 tables pretty far apart from eachother and a high top as well. also plenty of outside seating. of course they had a chalk board wall, kids love those. and when we checked out, cashier gave my nieces some stickers, love those as well! the only thing i would point out, and maybe it's cause there's only 2-3 employees at a time, but their floor near the table we sat, near the chalkboard, was kinda sticky. i get they can't keep up with that at all times, maybe the stickiness just happened, but my niece was a little grossed out by it. We were just there and while i was serving my chocolate and vanilla swirl, a roach was crawling around the yogurt machine. Once we sat down we realized how truly dirty the entire facility is... something we hadn't noticed until today. I also love that they always have the little sample cups ready for you in a plate. I try a couple and then I know exactly what I want. On my last visit I mixed creamy pistachio with cake batter. It's so amazing! They offer fruit based flavors with no artificial flavors or added sugar. The toppings are separated by fruits on one side and dry toppings on the other. I love the tiny fruit drops that burst in your mouth. Sometimes I add some sprinkles or chocolate chips. Then some sauces like marshmallow cream and Nutella just make it all come together!
