This was my first time getting an MRI so I was a bit nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. The front desk lady on the left was super nice and got me checked in quickly for appointment. I only had to wait for a minute before the technician called me in. I informed him that this was my first time so he explained the entire process to me and how the machine works. He even explained just how strong the magnetic pull is in the machine. Afterwards he got me all prepped, we did the exam, and I was on my way. All in total I was in and out in 26 minutes! The image quality was amazing as well. I was warned that Memorial MRI doesn't produce the best images, but the technician said these were newer machines. I compared my images to my friend's images from another facility and there was such a big difference. It's like comparing picture quality on an iPhone 16 vs a iPhone 5! read more

This place is an absolute disaster. I went to the Katy office, personally dropped off my imaging and reports, and did everything possible to ensure they had everything they needed -- yet they were still completely incompetent. Scheduling imaging was a nightmare. My doctor's office faxed my order repeatedly, but they kept insisting they "never received anything." They told me they would call within 24-48 hours; it has now been five days with zero communication. I kept calling to follow up, and every time I was met with excuses, confusion, and the same useless runaround. The customer service is atrocious, the communication is nonexistent, and the staff's attitude is downright unacceptable. This is easily one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. This was our first time at this location. My mother went in for an MRI. Staff is very nice. Service is pretty quick once you get in, but we had such an issue getting results to our doctor. Being told that they'd send the results to our doc but getting a call from a doctor saying nothing was received. This happened 3 times with this one incident. For another appointment, we were able to ensure different forms of communication in case one did not work. The second time around, the results went through smoothly. read more

This place is phenomenal! Not only did they offer sedation, but they arranged transportation so I could safely travel to and from my MRI. I'm a pretty tough stick and they got me on the first try. It wasn't sooooo much fun, but I survived and they definitely made it more tolerable. This wasn't my first visit, but it's definitely the preferred company for my health needs. read more

This is Memorial MRI's new location. The branch on N Fry has closed. Came here for a chest x-ray earlier today and was told it would be about a half hour wait. An hour and a half later I am still sat here waiting. I asked a woman behind the desk where I was in line and she told me she didn't have a clue. She was actually kind of rude the way she answered me. I wouldn't mind but there's about 10 people here waiting. This is just a complete joke. If you come here and it's full I'd turn around and go elsewhere. read more

Got in and out in no time. I was told I waited wait 20 minutes for the cd but ended up waiting almost an hour. They wouldn't let me leave and come back to pick it up. I was out in the waiting area for the cd, and they never came to let me know it was done although they could see me through the glass. I had to check to see if it was ready several times and finally it was sitting waiting. No one ever brought it to me knowing that I was waiting for it. read more

I would not recommend anyone to go to Memorial MRI & Diagnostic the Katy location 21820 Katy Fwy Unit 100 Katy, TX 77449 they are deceitful and very unprofessional. I am appalled due to my experience, which they make you make an upfront cost that was an overcharge balance and it's different from what they actually will charge your insurance. I would have never noticed until I contacted my insurance and then contacted Memorial to get a refund of the amount they overcharged me. I requested for Memorial MRI to send me the receipt of the actual amount and the ladies In billing had an attitude ", was rude, laughing at my questions and was not able to send me anything that I needed. The IV TECH and Phlebotomist did not know what they were doing because they stuck me three times for blood. The whole experience was traumatic and totally would not recommend you get any MRi's done here. read more

I think they are great. I've had a lot of procedures: MRIs, CAT scans, Bone density, Mammograms. I have never had to wait long, the technicians are nice and knowledgeable and turnaround time to my doctor was quick. Been going there many years. read more

First of all I had to call multiple times to set up an appointment. Phone system is completely messed up, or they do t have enough people to answer the phone. Finally I get my appointments pay my deductible at time of service. Fast foward 7 months later I het a bill saying I am past due 120 plus days. I called and told them I made payment at time if service. They said I still owed and their billing is behind. 7 months.. ok Fine I will pay my balance. 3 months later I get another bill? I have no portal to review. Nothing online. They just keep sending me bills for service for close to a year ago. This place is not a reputable company. Beware! read more

I was looking for a 3 Tesla MRI for my cervical spine imaging before I have an ESI. Appointment was set up quickly, their phones could be a bit more responsive but nothing out of the standard. Staff was great, facilities are beautiful and functional. Overall a great experience. I used my insurance but their self pay rates are very reasonable. read more

Had my first mammogram and it was a great experience. Front desk and the tech were professional, nice, & super friendly. The wait was not long after I filled out some paperwork. The lobby, dressing room, and equipment were very clean and hygienic. I would always come back to this place if I need any imaging done in the future.
