Let me start by saying, the receptionist is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and talking to. She is absolutely pure Gold. She helps you set your appointments and she puts you at ease while waiting for the doctor. Whenever you call the office and you have a question or you need help, she is right there to answer your question. She is friendly and she doesn't make you feel like she doesn't care Raychel, who is the RN and Dr in charge of your appointments is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen to every word you say and answer every question you have and does it make you feel stupid or like you're wasting her time. She works with you on getting you healthier and working on any issues that you might have They will always have appointment availability for you without you having to wait two or three weeks to see the doctor. Honestly, this doctors office and clinic, reminds me of a small town doctors office. They make you feel like your time is valuable and that you are worth their time. I highly recommend you going to this clinic and letting Raychel take care of you and help you get healthy and help you get the answers. You need to make yourself feel ease for whatever you have.

I understand that people may have different communication styles and cultural backgrounds; however, that should never come at the expense of treating patients and their families with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I work hard for my money, and I am not comfortable continuing to spend it at a practice where I do not feel respected or valued as a patient. I have also had concerns regarding my interactions with Dr. Tootle. I have found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional, and I have questioned whether certain services and charges are necessary or appropriate. At times, it has felt as though services are being added or billed to my insurance without sufficient explanation or consideration of whether they are actually necessary. Overall, my experiences have left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service, communication, and professionalism at this practice. Patients should feel respected, heard, and confident in the care they are receiving. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and I believe these concerns need to be addressed.

Here, the front desk told me I had to come back in for my results, even though the doctor had previously told me I wouldn't need another visit. I had to persist and ask them to check with her before she ultimately sent my results through MyChart. I've had a similar experience with prescriptions. My previous provider gave me a three-month supply with routine refills. Here, they prefer that I come in for another visit when I need a prescription. When I requested a one-month refill, I received only a one-day courtesy supply. The front desk has also been unhelpful. I previously had to call back and forth multiple times just to verify my insurance. I also developed the large bruises pictured after having my blood drawn here. I like Dr. Misbah Kalair and appreciate that she accommodated me, which is why this is disappointing. Unfortunately, the office policies and service make me unlikely to return.

My mother in law went from always sick to hardly, my headaches and cholesterol obsolete, and the men/boys actually enjoy their visits as they are spoken to woth engagement and not generic. So many offices are tied to big brother methods and not this doctor, she is a genuine independent medical professional with years of experience.

After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . Incompetent front staff. Alliance MRI Katy cancelled my appointment twice without notification…read more(April 2026 and May 2026). I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.

We got to see our little one on big screen, in a dim room with little hanging lights which made the experience so special. The place was super clean and had a big couch for friends and family. I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment but the tech was the sweetest ever and showed me baby in every angles possible and made sure I had the best recording of the heart rate. I came out of the appointment feeling so happy and at ease. They also had a lot of availabilities and it was super easy to schedule. They contacted me almost right away to confirm the appointment and send me reminders prior to the appointment. Everybody was super sweet. I will definitely come back for 3D/4D when I'm further along. If you are like me and are just anxious about baby all the time just do it !!

My tech who made it very known she had 10 years of service should have more understanding that women come loss and not always happy stories. Prenatal care: Visits seemed extremely rushed, like she was always in a hurry, but she was never…read morerude. She was definitely nice, and always asked how I was feeling. She justified everything as normal, but agreed to prescribe me some heartburn medication since none of the OTC things were working, and mine was so bad that I couldn't even lay down without intense burning. She was empathetic when I ended up with a PUPPS rash, and gave me suggestions of things I could do to ease the discomfort. Since I had a scheduled c-section, she gave me several dates to choose from, which was nice. Postnatal care: This is where I have issues. The MFM had me on baby asprin since week 20, and I'm not sure if there was a lack of communication, but I was never informed that I needed to stop taking it prior to surgery. That being said, I ended up with pretty bad postpartum hemorrhaging that could have been easily avoided. I will say, I do like that she made my incision super low so it's not visible even with bikini-style underwear. She also put "everything" back well, so my abdomen looks defined at times because of how she placed everything. The nurses are the reason I skipped my 6 month postpartum checkup. I don't remember their names, but one of them was super rude to me when I called about my postpartum hemorrhaging. I even remember one of them being sassy when I would call in for questions while I was pregnant. It's also alarming that I skipped the appt, and no one ever called to check up. As bad as this sounds, I still haven't gotten checked out, but I plan on finding a different OB/Gyn and getting a very overdue postpartum check. Nurses make a huge difference in how the patient feels about a practice, and I have to dock off a star because of their service.

I highly recommend her! Her nurse assistant is really great too! They are good at returning your phone calls and the Dr calls herself if its important as well. Post-op visit rules: The only issue I had was I was told by the Dr. that I could come back for my post-op after I came back to town (instead of 6 week post op, I would be back during my 9 weeks) No problem. When I did return 2.5 weeks after my supposed to be post-op, and scheduled an appt, I was told by the front staff I could not be seen because my insurance would not cover past 6 weeks. This did frustrate me as I was not made aware about this at all.( A phone call to let me know would have helped). I let the front desk know Dr. C had told me it would be fine if I came back after my 6 weeks. However, they still said the Dr. can't see you. To just come during your 1 year wellness and she will check then. I then told them I could have had myself checked by another doctor but waited till I got back for no reason. They replied saying no doctor would see me. So I did not receive a 6 week post-op check during that time to make sure I was OK. Insurance: Another issue is that I have United Health Care and apparently it costs me more to see Dr. Corovessis $60 copay vs me seeing the other doctor in the office $30 copay. This makes no sense to me as they work in the same practice. Apparently the other Dr. is part of Tier 1 under my insurance but Dr. C is not? Billing Dept: I had also overpaid for my delivery to the office. They had us pay ahead of time and told us we would get the money back. It took them 1 month after my insurance paid to reverse my charges. And only when I called twice to get the money. No courtesy call letting me know I should get my money back. As much as I loved the practice and the Dr. unfortunately I will be looking for another Dr. that is under Tier 1 for my insurance. Like I said, despite the issues I have had, the doctor and the nurse are really good at what they do. They are very caring and cordial. Maybe I will return if I have another kid but for now, I need to look at the office visit cost as well as go where people know the insurance rules and make me aware of it ahead of time. I do give Dr. C and the nurse Ashley 4 stars.

I'm not sure if I was profiled or what the case was but then them pushing me to get Medicaid and saying that they won't help me if I get Medicaid, is very misleading. I personally don't feel like they should recommend me to get some thing that they don't take. Also the customer service is ass, The women working the front desk were absolutely rude and far from understanding, if you're an expecting mother I wouldn't recommend this place they're not the nicest people in the world. I did have high hopes because this is a specialist but I will never ever go to women's specialists of Katy ever again.
