They said they already had my information on file and I only had a few questions to answer, which took less than five minutes. I asked if I could be taken back early since I was required to arrive early, but was told no. Around 12:50pm, I was informed they were running behind and I wouldn't be taken back until 1:20-1:25pm. I was told I could either wait or leave and they would call me when it was my turn. I chose to leave and received a call at 1:20pm saying they were ready for me. However, I still wasn't taken back until 2:00pm. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Cash price for all three is around 1200$ each MRI is 460$.Instead my case was charged over 8,000$ which they did settle to 3200$ until BCBSLA runs in because this is completely illegal and a dual fee schedule. You can legally only give a TIME OF SERVICE discount for 15% but most importantly I asked the day I went in to not pay less than what anyone else would pay but the exact same amount. My husband was killed in my accident with my 13 week old sustaining injuries and my 2.5 year old in the car. As a mom, I was anxious when I had to do one, but as a teenager, she was so scared. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and caring, never rushed us or made her feel silly for being scared.
