Severely disappointed. My family and I have been going here since it opened and have loved the experience until today. My daughter was very sick, went to the app to get in line, we were 3rd in line for 2 hours and I thought there was a glitch in the system so we drove up to the clinic. Once I got there I realized quickly what the issue was. They had lined up physical appointments for kids back to school all day instead of attending to sick patients. Today was our last visit here and will seek healthcare elsewhere. If I wanted an appt I would have gone to a primary care doctor, like these parents and kids should have for their physicals. It was very easy to set up a same day appointment online. A confirmation was sent to my email account with a link to upload my insurance information and to pay my copay. When I checked in, nothing was needed from me. I chilled for about 10 minutes, and a nursing staff member took me into the exam room. Vitals were checked, and tests were done. After 15 minutes, the NP came into the room and did a physical examination and told me the good news of my test results. The NP gave me some good advice, and I was good to go. The whole episode lasted about 30 minutes. My whole experience was stress free, and everyone was so kind. The facility was clean and orderly. I did pay more to visit this urgent care instead of my PCP. However, I would do it again for minor illnesses because of availability of same day appointments and quick test results. read more

During my visit yesterday, Monica, Ashley, and Antonia were very professional, caring, and prompt. It is has been about 24 hours since I left the facility with a diagnosis of strep throat, and I am well on the way to recovery. I joined the Next Level Weight Loss Program on April 3, 2025, and paid $410 for weight loss medication after speaking (virtually) with a Nurse Practitioner and sending in my lab results from prior doctor appointments. I was very optimistic based upon how the sign up process went. Since then, I have received one message, stating that there was a delivery delay on the medication. It has been nearly two weeks since I made the payment. I tried calling and was told my only way to communicate would through the app by "scheduling a meeting". I tried to schedule a meeting and there was no confirmation of my effort. Now I am trying to use the chat feature and it appears to be glitching. Also, the app says that my next payment is scheduled for May 3rd. I have nothing to show for my money and, thus far, no way to receive assistance and/or feedback on where the medication is that I paid for. I am ready to reach out to the media to prevent others from going through this. read more

I walked in with chest pains, and they refused to give me an EKG. After I drove myself to the ER, since urgent care also did not offer to call an ambulance, I reported them to the hospital as they viewed it is very unprofessional as well. Doctors here are bad, period. I've come here a few times and I had stopped because I never gotten any type of relief from them while they just take my money. I have been to this location at least 5 times in the past few years, my Roomate got super sick with a flu like illness, and took her service dog in to be seen. She was asked to wait in the car (which is illegal on state regulation to deny access to a task trained service dog) because some child started touching her dog and the mother of the child started screaming because she is scared of dogs. I then came to this location because my Roomate began having a full blown panic attack and paramedics were called due to her not being able to seek treatment inside because she was denied access. Service dogs are MEDICAL equipment & it is the LAW that they have public access rights and any business in Texas has to adhere to these laws. Perhaps if they were concerned about medical safety, the parent of the child should have as much control over the child as the handler had of her service animal, and not allowed a child to interact with a clearly ill & their service dog. Keep in mind that the handler of the dog actually emailed the LAW & regulations to the business prior. read more

They didn't know my deductible at 2pm in the day they wanted me to $180 to be seen even though my co pay is only $25 My kids have previously been seen at the Sugarland location with no problems I know how to use my insurance very well and I know they are in my plan I have been to tons of urgent cares and this is the first time they can not even figure out a co pay !!! I brought my 5 year old son in to see if he had fractured his leg after a scooter crash. Of course, this happened on a Saturday evening right before Christmas, so I waited and came in first thing Sunday morning. I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside. Thought I could clean out a bite from a cat on my hand and be ok.... No.. Terrible idea. Didn't want to sit in an ER all day and everyone else was booked. Flu and junk seemed to be a huge issue. Did they see me quickly. Yes; without any feeling of being rushed Check in was quick and easy. Thank you for no crap load of papers. Did they make fun of me for being dumb? No. Very respectful despite the reason for being there. Did they fix it? Yes, with very clear instructions on how to handle it and what would be a trigger to get myself to a hospital. The infection was minor but they did not doctor talk at me when it came to the signs of it getting out of control. You see this... Do this. Cost - they were straight forward from what I can tell. We made an appointment online for our son to test for possible flu or COVID. The process to make the appointment was very easy. Upon entering the facility we were immediately greeted and brought back to a room. As my husband, myself, and son were walking back to the room, we passed by an area that had 5 or 6 nurses sitting and chatting away. We had no problem with this as it was 7:30 at night and close to the end of the night, so the place was not busy. Once we were in the room with the nurse, she asked what symptoms our son was having (clearly she did not read our paperwork because all of his symptoms were noted). We told her he had a high fever, sore throat, achiness, no appetite, coughing, and a headache. She immediately said she would have to test for flu and COVID, which we expected. The moment our son heard her say that, he freaked out and became crying uncontrollably. Our son is 11 years old and has Autism, which we noted in the online paperwork. Her reaction to my son was shock and disgust. She said he needed to calm down and that she is able to test for flu and COVID on 3 year olds. She then said "I don't think I am going to be able to do this because of how he is acting and we don't have the manpower to hold him." I guess the 5 or 6 nurses doing nothing but chatting couldn't help? At this point, our son could sense the nurse's annoyance and he began to gag from crying so much that he threw up a bit on the floor. She said "Oh no, we can't do this because we don't have a cleaning crew to clean up if he throws up." At this point we made the decision to leave and asked for our money back. I told them we were disappointed in their lack of care and how they have no knowledge of how to work with children with autism. The front desk lady gave me a dirty look when I said this. Needless to say, we would NEVER go back to this urgent care as the nurse was extremely rude and condescending. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at next level urgent care. The intake process was quick and seamless with no wait. My nurse Sara was excellent and even gave me a wonderful referral for an ENT for my tonsillectomy whom she personally used and loved. The nurse practitioner Robby was knowledgeable and quick. Knew exactly what to prescribe me, and I was better within days. He was patient, listened, and knew exactly what he was doing. I was in and out in less than an hour! I hate having to take my kids to the Doctor's or even an urgent care but if I do, I will ALWAYS come here. I adore Lisa Attales. I think she is the main NP here. Every time I've come, we've had her. She takes good care of both the patient and the parent. She's thorough, she doesn't rush, she explains the medication list and why it needs to be taken and she doesn't rush. She gives you an all around quality care. Heck, I wish she could be my kids pediatrician. SANDY, took my kids vitals and answered any questions I had. She is very sweet and has a calm manner to her. If you have the option, go to Next Level. I suffered a major knee injury and was in so much pain. In the midst off that I was still able to notice the warmth of the staff here. 2 guys came out with a wheel chair to bring me in, they were polite and made some jokes to ease the tension. My wife who was with me said processing my insurance and medical history was easy and smooth. I was seen by nurse practitioner, Virginia. She diagnosed me, referred my to a specialist, and prescribed me what I needed. I'm glad I came here instead of a more expensive ER but what I liked most is that she has checked on me 3 times since my visit to check on my progress. read more

So- I've been to this location a few other times before, and the staff has always been friendly, informative and quick in getting me seen and out the door. On today, I happened to have gotten a cheap, cosmetic jewelry ring stuck on my finger, and immediately began to panic when it wouldn't come off and my finger began to turn purple. Convinced that my finger would fall off due to the lack of circulation, I called to confirm that Next Level had a tool that could cut through the ring- which they did. I rushed over and was warmly greeted by the two young ladies at the front desk. Kayla, who had assisted me on the phone, immediately got the ring cutter and freed my finger. I cannot say enough good things about the level of care and concern that Kayla, Jasmine and the two other ladies showed in my (now hilarious) predicament. They kept me laughing and indulged me as I was being a tad overdramatic, lol. They love what they do and it is apparent. I would highly recommend this location! We've had 3 last minute (and unexpected) trips to Next Level with my daughters in the past few weeks for bronchitis and ear infections. Staff and doctors are hands down, AMAZING. Bedside manner is top notch and visits are quick, convenient and easy. Love being able to use their app to give them a heads up before coming in. They call to follow up with you, but when there is an actual problem, the follow up is no where to be found or concern. I've been playing phone tag with them and the corporate office all day just trying to get my antibiotics prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and still have not been sent and they are already closed and the pharmacy closes at 10pm. They keep offering empty apologies and false assurance they will send the prescription before 9 and will let me know. This is a horrible experience especially you've been sick for more than 2 weeks and making 3 trips to them without any resolve. I addition, their billing is all over the place and will charge you unnecessary without fully processing with your insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR CARE! read more

Oh my goodness. The people at this clinic are incredible! We came in 25 minutes before they were closing (3 of us sick). They already had rooms full of patients. I honestly expected then to refer us to the 24 hr clinic down the street. But They did not blink an eye and went straight to work on us. The staff , from front to back, were so courteous and caring. Went in for a PCR covid test. They said results in 24-72 hours. A week later still had not heard anything. Called repeatedly also, put on hold for 10+ minutes each time "due to call volume." Never could get through to anyone. Finally sent in a message via app a week after test. Turns out results we're in the very next day after test. No one bothered to send results to me. What a waste of time and money. If I ever need another covid test, I will not go here. You shouldn't either if you need timely results. May be good for a sick visit. But not testing. read more

Another great visit! Just left Next Level Urgent Care due my son having a sports injury. We arrived at 8:40pm and were out a little after 9pm with a diagnosis. We were seen by Lisa (provider) and she consulted with us after getting our x-rays done. She took the time to explain my son's issue and we never felt rushed. Sandy and Teresa were also great with helping us get registered to getting the x-rays done quickly. I will continue to come to Next Level when we need urgent care! They are quick, thorough and always very friendly. In addition, we were given digital copies of our x-rays for follow-up with our primary doctor along with the radiology report. Worst experience ever! We came in at 7:30pm on Saturday as a last option since we can't wait to see our PCP on Monday. My husband has a lot of red pus filled bumps on his necks and legs. We did not except much coming in and what we receive was an AWFUL service. Since we were the only people there, he was put in a room right away. As i waited outside, i noticed the employees were chit chatting about ordering food and eating in the front desk, in front of me like i wasn't there (one of them was the NP that later saw my husband, Lisa Attales). She, NP Lisa, took about 10 minutes to finish her food at the front desk before making her way in the room to see my husband. She saw him in the room for 3 minutes then walk out with his prescription. From what i was told, she did not ask him much regarding his condition but just a few looks (nothing about if he already use any med any cream prior to coming in). Keep in mind, he came in with rashes. She gave him a prescription for a steroid and PEPCID (for stomach acid!) When i saw the prescription I was confused. He never mentioned anything about his stomach. I asked the front desk if i could speak to the NP, she doesnt let me and attempted to explain to me that it was a preformed template they use. I have nothing else to say about this experience. I wonder if its someone who doesnt have much knowledge about medicine they would have taken Pepcid as written for no need or reason, how would they explain to their own patient?? read more

I went there this morning. This is the first time since 2019 that my son has been sick. Last time we were there, we had an issue with a bill. They said we owed $60 but, my son has two insurances so, I knew that wasn't accurate. After calling back in 2019, the insurance explained that they filed it wrong...they didn't file the primary first. I explained this to them back then and was told it would be refiled. Never heard anything since so, I assumed it was handled. This morning I found out that they never corrected the issue and filed collections! No notice and no one bothered to refile the way they were supposed to!! I had no choice but to pay because my son needed to see the doctor. This was the first issue. It got worse! Once we were in the room, the doctor came in....without testing him for anything (other than fever) she states that it is probably viral and to just give him pepto. I asked her if she was going to give him an antibiotic and she said no. I asked why she wasn't testing him for flu and strep and she said he didn't have it. I then TOLD her that she needed to at least test him for flu. She had the nurse come in and perform the test upon my insistance....after 30 mins of waiting on the 15 min test, I went out and asked if the test was done. The nurse said she was waiting on the doctor (let me add that we were their first patient of the day and by this time there was only one other patient...we got there at 9am, it was now 10:12....flu test was given at 9:40). Well guess what...my son tested positive for the flu!!! Good thing I told the doctor how to do her job or we would have left there without anything but a script for pepto. I went there 9:11 am on march 5th with a horrible sore throat, I was coughting a little because it was such a cold weather but my problem was not coughting at all!!Iwasn't even coughting at home! heard the nurse telling the doctor that she heard me coughting.... The Doctor came in " I don;t think you have a throat infection, Im going to give you a steroid shot, and " virtussin syrup" for you coughting, this should help with the coughting" EXECUSE me!?!?!? nothing for my sore throat?!!?!?
