They will do absolutely nothing and then bill you. Care quality a joke. I wouldn't trust them to put a bandaid on.

I had a horrible sinus infection, cough, and a lovely right eye with conjunctivitis.

None of the staff have come across as rude or frazzled even though I KNOW they have been extremely busy. Our insurance has been very añafil to work with but the staff here has helped us a lot with that aspect as well. The clinic is always clean and welcoming.

WARNING TO ANY PARENT OR FAMILY CONSIDERING THIS PLACE…read more My daughter went to Preferred Urgent Care - Fulshear feeling extremely sick, disoriented, dizzy, weak, and with numbness in one arm. She was so unwell that she could barely complete the paperwork herself. I was one hour away driving to meet her while her friend rushed her there. Before she arrived, I personally called the clinic to verify insurance coverage and explained the situation. They had my phone number, spoke perfect Spanish, and could have easily called me to explain that a copay was required before treatment. I would have paid immediately over the phone. Instead, they placed my daughter alone in a room and left her there for OVER AN HOUR without a doctor, nurse, or provider evaluating her condition. When I finally arrived and asked how she was doing and what tests had been performed, the receptionist casually told me: "She has not been seen because the copay has not been paid." No concern. No urgency. No compassion. My daughter was sitting there scared, dizzy, and feeling like she might faint, and nobody even attempted a basic medical evaluation. Then things got worse. I paid the copay with my card. The machine showed APPROVED, but the receptionist claimed the payment failed. I used a second card. Again, she claimed it failed. I checked my bank account immediately and BOTH transactions had already been approved and charged. Even after showing proof of the charges, they STILL refused to send anyone to evaluate my daughter and told me they could not help her until they "fixed the system." At that moment, I realized this facility cared more about a $50 copay than the actual condition of a patient. I took my daughter out immediately. This was one of the most inhumane, cold, and unprofessional medical experiences I have ever witnessed in the United States. A medical facility that advertises "patients first" and "immediate care" should NEVER leave a sick young patient sitting untreated for over an hour over a copay issue. Families deserve better than this. Mr. Deji E., I hope you read this response in the review, as this is a direct reply to what you wrote. It's very easy to dress up a situation with well-written words, but what you are stating does not reflect what actually happened. I refer you directly to your own security camera footage. You claim that my daughter was not seen because she did not present emergency symptoms and because she chose to wait for her father to arrive. Even if that were true -- which I question -- the real issue begins the moment I arrived. The very first thing I did was ask if my daughter had been seen, and the person at the front desk clearly told me: "She has not been seen because the copay has not been paid." That alone is unacceptable. Even so, I remained calm and proceeded to make the payment, because my priority was for my daughter to be attended. I tried with one card and was told it did not go through. I then used a second card, and while I could clearly see that the payment had been processed, the receptionist insisted that it had not. At that point, I asked: "Can someone please go attend to my daughter?" And her response was: "Until I have confirmation of the payment, I cannot send anyone." This is where the situation became completely inhumane. My daughter had already been waiting for over an hour. I was physically present, actively attempting to pay, and even showing proof from my bank accounts that the charge had gone through -- and still, no one made any attempt to evaluate her condition. No doctor, no nurse, no medical staff came out to say: "We are taking care of her" or "Don't worry." Instead, they chose to wait for an administrative payment issue to be resolved before providing any level of medical attention. So I ask: How do you expect a parent to react in that situation? How would you feel if this were your child? Any parent or family member would understand the frustration, helplessness, and anger of seeing their child sick, inside a medical facility, and not being attended due to a payment issue -- even after showing clear intent and proof of payment. This is not about perception. This is about priorities. And your security cameras are there. Review them. They will show exactly what was said, what happened, and what was not done.

I called ahead and was told they only accept walk-ins, so I came in and waited for about an hour. During that time, I noticed multiple people arriving and being seen right away because they had appointments. When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. The difference was night and day absolutely no wait time, a clean environment, and a professional, attentive staff. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else
