I called ahead and was told they only accept walk-ins, so I came in and waited for about an hour. During that time, I noticed multiple people arriving and being seen right away because they had appointments. When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. The difference was night and day absolutely no wait time, a clean environment, and a professional, attentive staff. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else

When I brought it up, they admitted it happened and told me the thermometer is cleaned at the end of the day, not between patients. That is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Because of this situation, I was advised by a clinical staff member to get blood work done within two weeks. The clinic also waived my transaction that day because of what happened, but then I later received a bill saying I owed $70 and was given conflicting information when I tried to get answers. I have documentation of my conversations with them. This entire experience left me questioning their safety practices, communication, and how they handle patient concerns. I will not be returning.

So, you know how you're not supposed to clean your ears with Q-tips? Well, let's just say that…read morethrough absolutely no fault of my own (totally innocent here), I somehow managed to impact some earwax while attempting to remove it. I tried some over-the-counter remedies, but those made things worse--I ended up completely losing hearing in one ear. Oops. Time to call in the professionals. A quick Google search led me to Zion Urgent Care Clinic, which had stellar ratings. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made the whole check-in process swift and easy. In no time at all, I was escorted to the back, and shortly thereafter, the doctor joined me. We had a pleasant, reassuring conversation before he took a quick look in my ear, immediately diagnosing the issue. After some specialized drops and a gentle ear irrigation, a giant chunk of earwax (trust me, it was impressively massive!) was removed, and my hearing instantly returned at full blast. The entire experience at Zion--from hospitality to the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment--was second to none. If you ever find yourself needing urgent care services, don't hesitate--Zion Urgent Care Clinic has my highest recommendation.

However, I can say when I was registering my child to be seen, I could see lots of patience names from the customer side into the registration side. The wait wasn't too long...20 minutes or so. While sitting in the waiting area looking at the posters on the windows, they looked really cheap. Printed on regular paper and hung up with medical tape . Yes, I know it may seem small but it was very professional looking and well I expect a professional setting at a place where my myself or child is seeking care. The nurse was kind and gentle with my child. She took her time and didn't rush her. The nurse practitioner was also kind and efficient while tending to my child. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for your urgent medical needs if your doctor is unavailable. Their website is also handy. If you are in need of non-Covid related illnesses you do not need an appointment.

I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury.
