When we walked in, all we smelled was clean! The floors and chairs had just been sanitized and they didn't miss a spot. Ryan at the front desk is just a gem! Talk about going the extra mile...I'm huge on good customer service and she had a big smile on her face, greeted us so warmly, and was quick with getting me registered. I got hit with some bad genetics and have advanced arthritis for my age. I had a C4-C6 cervical fusion 4 years ago and ortho said I would have to be fused from T1-S1 (that's my whole spine basically) and he does not want put me through that so sent me to pain management which I thought would be great but they have dropped the ball on scheduling my spinal injections and I've suffered for months due to bad communication. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck since May and had a trigger point injection from my pain management that lasted all of 3 hours. They said I couldn't get another for 3 months. I call in August and they said they could get me in for October 7th. Which brings me back to AFC. I was in the back in less than 15 minutes from checking in. Dr. Zhang came in and gave the best handshake and let me just say is bedside manner is superb. I explained to him my issue, showed him my x-rays and MRI's, and it took him no time to start a plan. He examined me and saw how hard the knot in my shoulder was as how the inflammation had spread. He immediately said you need a spinal surgeon. Gave me a referral to follow up, placed orders for imaging, and gave me a powerful steroid injection that started working literally immediately. This was not your run of the mill steroid shot. He gave me something that would actually work. It is now the next day and the knot in my shoulder is gone! I slept through the night and haven't been able to do that since May for trying to find a position to put my arm in to take pressure of the nerve. It has been beyond miserable. But I woke up this morning feeling amazing! This is the best I've felt in a really long time and just want to say thank them for such great care! They have even followed up with me today to see how I was feeling. I've worked in healthcare in one capacity or another my entire career. I've been on the IT side of things now for a decade but I remember being in direct patient care and this is the type of experience I wanted my patients to have every visit.

The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

Maria the medical assistant deserves her own spin-off. Quick, friendly, and somehow managed to take vitals without making me feel like I was on trial. NP Sultana? Absolute star of the episode. Listened, explained, and actually cared--without the "Dr. Google" attitude. They tag-teamed like the Avengers of urgent care, and honestly, I left feeling healthier and entertained. If I have to get sick again (not planning on it, universe ), I'm definitely coming back here.

Unfortunately, while accompanying someone to the clinic their experience with front desk staff was…read moredisappointing. The front desk employee was very rude and showed little compassion toward patients. She was slamming doors, spoke in a sharp, impatient tone, and made the environment feel unwelcoming. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and a little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. Especially for patients who may already be stressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the patient experience.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of care I've received from SBCHC. It has taken nearly a…read moremonth for them to submit a valid pre-authorization to my insurance, and as of now, it still has not been completed correctly. Meanwhile, I am in ongoing pain and unable to move forward with necessary care. I've had to repeatedly follow up on an issue that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Communication has been poor, follow-through has been lacking, and there seems to be no urgency or accountability--despite the fact that delays like this directly affect patients' health and quality of life. I understand that SBCHC is a community health center, but that does not excuse substandard care. Patients still deserve timely coordination, basic administrative competence, and compassion--especially when they are dealing with pain. This experience has left me feeling ignored and unsupported. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who needs reliable, responsive care.

Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half and had to pay 200 bucks for the "appointment". I came to get a vaccine not to sit in your lobby. Wouldn't be an issue on the wait if there WAS ANYONE OTHER PATIENTS THERE!!! In the two and a half hours I was there I saw one other patient. Don't come here, find the next nearest medical clinic. Don't waste your time or your money. Manager was rude the whole time as well, speaking to me as if I'm a child in a sarcastic tone. Could go on and on about how terrible the visit was. Left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and robbed. Beyond terrible visit.

I got first got bloodwork and a physical done and they were incredibly knowledgeable with all the data once it was received from the labs. Since doing those tests, they put me on the proper meds and my health has gotten TEREMENDOUSLY better. They were also very helpful in helping me hit my weight loss goals with GLP and peptide therapy. I am feeling good as new, fresh out of the box, and I credit most of it to Right Choice Urgent Care. I also bring my son there when he gets sick, and they got him antibiotics that day, helping an abscess go away in just 2 days, so that dental teams could go in and do some work on his teeth. So I did not have high hope for my visit on 7.24.24. I had to see the doctor for my annual checkup. My regular doctor retired (good for you!) so I had to pick a new PCP, Dr. Cynthia Basaldua. I have seen her a few times before when my regular doctor was on vacation. She was very polite during my visit. She explained everything to me for my care in the future. Overall, today's experience was good. The front desk lady was friendly and NOT rude today. That's a plus. I am giving 4 stars for the overall experience today. They tested for all the things (Covid, Flu, Strep, Pneumonia) and fortunately I only left with a diagnosis of a bad chest cold. They administered an antibiotic and sent me home with a few prescriptions to help me get better. I would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!
