They give you no instruction. I even called the day before to make sure I knew the timing of test. What they would be doing. Get here early like suggested and door was locked. Then drink and waited an hour before I ask when is my appointment. Oh not till 930am. They told me before that it would be 45 minutes time. I was just here 2 weeks ago made me fill out the same paperwork. I understand authorization but this was the full packet. Not organized snd communication terrible. Need to e-mail out instructions and paperwork before hand. Also made me spread out both procedure by 2 weeks do was to dye and kidney function. I've used this business three times now. You definitely get what you pay for. While it's affordable, it's not a very clean facility and feels very pieced together. My most recent experience is what made me realize it's best to find a better imaging company for any imaging needs moving forward. I experienced clear miscommunication and lack of communication, and to me, those are significant red flags. I also sought some answers in response to my CT results from their radiologist, but my messages were unanswered. When I called to see about having the radiologist answer my questions, I was told that I needed to follow up with the ordering doctor. I am no Einstein, but I think an ordering doctor defers to the radiologist reports soley, so the answers I was after were only able to be answered by the reading radiologist himself. It was such a shame to experience such lack of care my last visit there. I do hope they treat other patients better. And I hope this review will remind people to advocate for yourself and make sure you're entirely comfortable with the imaging company you go to. There are many to choose from and your care matters. read more

Stay away from AG Radiology !!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY ESTIMATES !!! Provided insurance information, and requested "my out of pocket cost" after deductible and coinsurance. Confirmed this price on 4 different calls with different employees. Paid up front, and had the services done. A month or two later got an invoice for almost 40% more !! This is not rocket science, each service has a CODE, they know how much their NEGOTIATED PRICE is, my OUT OF POCKET is calculated by adding deductible plus coinsurance. They either did not do their due diligence, or worse, they did and provided me with a low price lure me there, to then send me the balance later. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO AG RADIOLOGY !!! read more

The receptionist, Ann, was extremely rude. She never smiled or made eye contact with me. She was very short, did not make me feel welcome at all. When I went back, there was no one telling me where to go and then when they did, they were not nice about it. On to the ultrasound tech.....when I asked what she was doing, she said I am looking at xyz for CANCER!!!!! My doctor never told me I was being sent for screening for cancer! I started crying needless to say. The tech was very short with me. I will NEVER go back to this facility! read more

Staff isn't friendly and the tv for everyone to watching the waiting room is always in Spanish. No one in the waiting room can watch tv because not one person here speaks Spanish. It would be nice if they would put the tv in English. Very ridiculous. I surprised no one else had complained about that. Maybe they are good scared to saying something about that but I personally don't care. I understand all the workers are Hispanic but the Area primarily speaks English and I find it ridiculous to have only Spain is he tv on. On top of that, getting a actual ultrasound wasn't great either. The lady wasn't friendly and was aggressive on how she moved my body to get a good ultrasound of my stomach. She will tell me to hold my breathe but never tell me when I can breathe again. And to make it even more irritating, she's told me it's hard to take photos of my stomach because im too boney. And if I were a little bigger it would be either on her but I'm very skinny. Seriously? I'll never ever be coming back here. read more

My mother went in with an order to have both knees x-rayed and they only did one. After calling and speaking with the office manager, which is the doctors wife, I was very disappointed. She was rude and unapologetic. She even laughed when I asked her how they can fix this. Of course, we had to go in again for the second time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Everyone was nice, front desk and mammogram tech. This was my 1st mammogram the technician, explained the test and that it shouldn't hurt just some discomfort. Whew relieved my nerves. She was very gentle and gave excellent instructions for correct positioning to take pictures. Sorry I forgot her name but thank you. Also, like to thank the center for having the process of mailing the results to my home because my Dr.'s office did not inform me of results until 3wks after I had the test. Very disappointing, my dr office is not a reflection of this center. It's so hard to find good healthcare nowadays, techs and medical staff are just blah. Well done AG imaging center. Fast to get my appointment scheduled (next-day, but could've done same-day if I wanted to), quick to check me in, less than 5 minute wait until the tech brought me back to the exam room. I had to get 3 CT and x rays here today. From the time I walked in to the time I left the whole staff was fantastic and very Professional. This place is amazing. The place is very clean. All the staff had smiles on their face. They guided me through the whole process. Even when I was in so much it took me awhile to move. I Highly recommend this place. This place is terrible. I've tried to make 3 appointments with them through my family doctor and EVERY TIME something goes wrong. The first time they had to reschedule my appointment because I asked for a Thursday appointment. Okay i got my Thursday appointment, fast forward to the day before the appointment. They cancelled my appointment because the MRI machine was undergoing maintenance like WHAT??? Why would you give me the appointment and decide to schedule maintenance. So here I am, still have not received my MRI that i was suppose to get don't months ago. 3rd times the charm right? NOPE!!! They called me twice today but i was working. The first time was to confirm my appointment and answer some questions. Then 2 hours later they moved my appointment to a Friday. Um what part of I can only do Thursday do they not understand. I also had the 830 appointment which is the first appointment of the day. So i have no clue why they need to reschedule me but they did without my consent. read more

Have been here several times because they accept my medicare ins and are about 1/2 the price of a hospital but their appointment setter and front desk appears to be lacking any training. Very slow and the most God-Awful "hold" music I have ever heard. (maybe a star wars funeral could use it for a backup). The testers seem okay and the pictures have always been usable. Been there few times. Last time the tech was just rude as if I was interfering with her day during bone density scan. Yesterday I walked in for a mammo report... I took it to my surgeon to discover why these stand alone X-ray places aren't cool. Be advised they don't get detailed mammogram reports they only give a letter to customers that say negative or positive....surgeons have to have a radiologist report not a customer letter. They do no such thing for annual mammo screenings. Now I have to go get another mammo which my insurance will not pay for AGAIN. So GO TO a hospital run X-ray department so a radiologist actually writes a comprehensive detailed report. After my surgeon appt who ordered an abdominal CT I went back to AG which is when I got the great news of the reports issue. I handed over the new order for an appt while they tried to figure out what a detailed mammo report is. As I said girl during bone scan last visit months ago was rude, but I decided to not hold her bad day against the facility but let me tell you. I requested my CT order back and left. That front desk IS SO RUDE. They could careless about being good to customers who by the way Rude young girl in blue scrubs who likely is a tech as well who was filling in during a lunch time...., if I could fire you for your incompetence I would and then I would fired the whole lot of you based on just rudeness. I will be sure to never recommend AG or give me business to them anymore. read more

I made my appointment nearly 2 weeks ago. First they did not find my appointment in the system when I got there. Not until they searched for the hard copy of my paperwork did they see my appointment. Next, they failed to follow up with my insurance for approval to do the MRI last week. After waiting 30 minutes, the woman at the front tells me that they can not do the MRI without insurance approval & that they wouldn't be able to get that till tomorrow at the earliest. The other option to keep my appointment was to do it separate from my insurance, thereby making what I pay out of pocket not applicable to my $5K deductible. They tried to reschedule for a week from today, but I said no. I am going to Memorial MRI & Diagnostics. They are able to get me in today with insurance approval. read more
