The team…read moreleader took it upon himself to butcher our beautiful poolside fig tree that was producing many figs from its fully developed limbs covered in lovely green leaves. He sawed off most of the major limbs on the side that faces our house, which were covered with figs. Who would do such a thing? Even though the work order clearly did not include any work on our wonderful fig that has been pampered while it grew from a tiny tree, they have offered little as compensation. First lots of apologies, then an insulting credit for just over $300 to be used to replace the tree. Even if we could find an equal tree, labor and purchase price would be MUCH more, not to mention the stress and hassle. We are sick that we trusted such an unprofessional and dishonest company to work at our house. My wife continues to cry every day when she sees what is left of her treasured fig tree. This is unforgivable. Carefully consider other tree services before contacting Certified Tree Care. I wish we had been warned to avoid them!

It took 20 minutes. When we called HOW for a refund, the employee stated that the contract said "no refunds." My wife pointed out that applied only to work actually performed and that no one had shown up to do it. A supervisor had to authorize the refund. A check won't be issued for another 2 weeks, on the first. Buyer beware.

We had asked our neighbors about anyone they would recommend and LoveRain kept coming up, so we gave them a call. Sure enough, Jake Landry, answered the call, put us on the calendar, and came out to inspect and give us an estimate for repair of some issues. It was a very fair estimate, and his guys were professional and very courteous and provided pictures of the repairs. We were very satisfied with the work and would give them 5 stars. April 2022 Update to this is that after a strong storm, we noticed a small leak in one of our bedrooms and I called Jake to ask for help. He answered the call right away and was out the NEXT DAY to check it out and filled some gaps in our roof and masonry with calk to see if that solved our problem rather than ripping the roof off right away. This is a great company, with really great work and good customer service. If you have any roofing needs I would definitely recommend these guys.

They've brought my lawn back to life with biweekly lawn service and fertilizing /deweeding and it's the first time I've been weed-less and have a lush green lawn despite years of trying other services and trying to handle it myself with seeding and roundup. They've also gone above and beyond in construction projects, paving a path for me with my trash cans and doing an amazing job replacing and repainting my fence, gates, and rebuilding a shed for me with insulation for an outdoor water softener unit. Brothers Landscaping are meticulous about quality, making sure sprinklers weren't broken, cleaning up, and making sure materials and work is above and beyond expectations (like adding a paved path for a stonework patio job and cutting out spaces in that path for my sprinkler system). Angel is my go to contact for any outdoor landscaping and construction needs. I highly recommend Brothers Landscaping. They are prompt, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and do high quality work.
