Needed 4 yards of top dressing soil. They answered all of my questions, took my order over the phone and the dirt was on my driveway on the date and time as promised. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the dirt is excellent. Awesome business! read more

No Returns. Went back less than 24 hours later with receipt in hand to return two bags of cement that had never left the trunk of the car. If there is a notice to this effect, it is not obvious. I should have gone anywhere else because prices are insane here, but they were close. I won't make that mistake twice. read more

NEVER GO HERE. One of their employees ran into my truck while he was backing up with a bobcat and not checking his blindspots. The owner is a jerk and redused to pay for repairs since he thought the cost was to high. I took it to calliber collision to get an estimate and it was around $3k. The owner never paid for it. He can go **** himself read more

I'm a pretty handy guy, so after getting a quote from a "professional" that was outrageous ($16,000), I decide to tackle the job myself. ASAP has a great selection of product, fair prices and an awesome delivery service!!! Message to the DIY-r's... I've read some of the other reviews, and all I can say is that these are natural materials and there are going to be inconsistencies, irregularities and some product that you may not be able to use in a pallet full of stone. If you're not comfortable with this, then maybe you should hire a professional contractor to do your job. BTW: my backyard is almost compete (a lot of blood sweat and tears), and the $16,000 quote, well I was able to do it for under $4000. Thanks Lee, and Dwayne! read more

Prices were a little higher and customer service was lacking... We used the material supplier around the corner and had a wonderful experience. read more

The selection of stone and rock is impressive; the rocks are all together in their categories, large and small, and are easily accessible to get a closer look. The staff was extremely helpful and exhibited tremendous patience and skill. read more

We had a great experience purchasing our stone here. Lee was super friendly and helpful. We were in passed closing and she was very accommodating. The prices were good and we received our delivery right on time. I will be back and recommend ASAP Stone if you are in the market. read more

I appreciate the hard work and dedication the company provides 2 give me good quality and service.

Minnie was AWESOME! Will definitely use again for our next project.

i have called several times to inquire about pricing - placed on hold to a rather catchy "on hold " country song so i will give you that but then each time the guy just hangs up on me as i start to ask my question about prices. Sorry customer service is of utmost importance right now during this pandemic. i am trying to do the right thing and now come in and bother you in person if i don't need to. read more

Super helpful service! Went here to get a couple rocks for my fish tank and the staff really went above and beyond for me. wonderful experience, will definitely be going back! :) read more

They have really nice stone at great prices. Super helpful and spent a lot of time with us. I'll buy all of my stone here.

This place is crazy robbery I when and got 3 yard of top soil and was charged $211.00 dollars for crap top soil which is supposed to be top of the line dirt it looks like they scraped this off the own road to sale to public some one is charging for there own benefit I called 4 other places max price for same dirt $31 dollars a yard ASAP charged me $61 dollar a yard wtf read more

Two stars seems generous. First order arrived late (ran out of rocks). Second order arrived late (no reason, just for grins I guess). Second order was incorrect, wrong rocks, and shorted. Called and emailed. Ignored or missed. Finally got ahold of manager and got promises to correct the order. When the rocks arrived the driver didn't know to take away two tons of incorrect order (apparently telling him this detail slipped their minds). When I called to ask for a refund on the delivery fees, management argued with me and then said it was up to the owner. Promised to call back. It's been a week, I'm guessing they don't plan on calling back. If you need rocks, they have them, sometimes. And you might get them on time, but probably not, and they might be wha you ordered. Or not. Really a crap shoot here. Prices seemed fair though. Will avoid doing business here from now on. read more

Good place! They have a wide selection of limestone, sandstone, capstones, and other rocks for your building project. ASAP also carries a selection of tools inside the office for rock work. They deliver within 10 miles for a flat $99 which is a big help. They close at 3pm on Saturdays - just an FYI. Check it out! read more

ASAP Stone & Landscape Supply - Stone yard at ASAP - Landscaping Near Me - Austin, Texas

See all

All of the folks working at ASAP are extremely helpful and friendly. Though they probably work most with professional landscapers who know exactly what they need, they handled all of their retail customers with excellent service as well. They have a good selection of all materials you could want. The price is very fair for the materials. Almost all product is sold by weight, whatever fraction of a ton. We saved so much money by going here, rather than the limited and over-priced inventory at Lowe's or Home Depot. I am looking forward to giving them more business as we keep doing projects throughout our garden home development. Highly recommend. read more

Pulled in, quickly purchased a yard of 1" - 2" rounded river rock. The load was dropped in my truck with precision and care. I will be returning to this location for all my landscaping needs. Great selection of pavers and loose stone. read more

I am not usually one to do this, but I feel that it is necessary. My first day at ASAP Landscape and Stone went okay, despite the sexual orientation discrimination. I did my best to ignore it - from the person at the front desk, to the manager, to the guys moving rocks out in the yard. Yes, I probably shouldn't have even applied to such a "masculine working environment" - but I figured, Hey it's 2020 and the government just passed a sexual Orientation law, so I gave it a shot. The second day was even worse, from remarks from the lady that works at the front, to the outside workers AND manager; saying I was a faggot among many other things. I may be hard of hearing, but I'm not SO deaf that I'm completely oblivious. It was awful hearing these things said about me especially in the work place. I'm originally from Louisiana and have dealt with people yelling "Faggot!" from out their car window they drove by, but never anything like this- and maybe its because I've worked at salons most of my life and its more acceptable there to be gay in that kind of environment. I thought "Hey, it's Austin; most definitely has to be better than Louisiana, regardless of what and where the job is". Nope. What I experienced was not only tough and unnecessary, it was unjust. So if you call for some rainbowrocks, just remember the post that this rainbow guy made! read more

They have quality materials and good selection at a fair price. I have bought a fair amount of materials from them and they are very helpful in finding what I need even if it is something out of the norm. Good people, good products. read more

Absolutely the best there is! Their products are beautiful, employees go above and beyond to help, and are very reasonably priced. They offered me some fabulous landscaping advice and my project turned out better than expected! I cannot speak highly enough. read more

Very unhappy about our experience here. I came to purchase some cement pavers for a patio at our home. I ordered them and they were delivered a few days later. When the driver delivered them already there were a-lot cracked and unusable. I called and spoke to the front desk lady and she said "We always a lot for some broken" Ok I thought I'll have my contractor put in what he can and the the rest we will return to get more. After they were carefully laid in the gravel, that first night more cracked and each day there were fractures in more and more. I called her again and the woman at the front desk said she would speak to her manager. They agreed to come and pick up all the stone because of the quality. I had to pay my contractor a second time to remove the pavers and haul them back to my front yard. The delivery guy picked them up and removed them. I called back and they refunded my money except for the delivery charge which was over a hundred dollars. So why do I have to eat the price of delivery when the product sent was faulty? My husband and I called for weeks to speak to the manager about it and no one ever returned our call. Absolutely no customer service at this place. We are heading to small claims court with them soon. Clearly there is no integrity at ASAP Stone! Avoid this place go to Whittlesey Landscape on Dalton rd Austin (512) 385-0732 our neighbors use them and our products were better and the customer service was top notch. It's right near the airport. I'm spreading the word!!! Avoid this place..... read more

This is by far the worst stone supplier in the state of Texas. I am not only a contractor in Austin, but also Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. So I'm well versed with how stone suppliers work. It's one thing to apologize and refuse to do something if it's too much. It's completely disrespectful to yell at a customer for simply requesting an exchange of 4 perfectly good slabs of limestone for some slabs that were shorter in width. Its tedious to get every slab exactly the same width because they're rough cut from the quarry. So getting slabs that are consistent is going to require me to make some exchanges which is clearly acceptable because they state that before you buy. I have them on a pallet ready to be unloaded off my truck and I'm right outside they're business about 15 minutes prior to close, and they YELLED at me refusing to take back 4 slabs. It's one thing to kindly refuse, it's something completely different to yell at a customer who has already spent 3k there. Completely unacceptable and the owners WILL be hearing from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) pending the investigation regarding false advertisement. DONT GO TO DOROTHY. read more

Great customer service and prices. I ordered a bunch of bulk aggregate, sand, and Belgard pavers for a patio install. This was a DIY project and they were very patient with my repeated calls and helped me pick all of the right materials. My material was delivered promptly and without incident. I price shopped before settling on them; their prices are great. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future! read more

Prices are good the folks there always helpful and listen to what will work for my needs

Very responsive and quick service. Prices were reasonable and overall got better than I expected.

GREAT place. They have a huge selection and will help you figure out what you need. Very reasonable prices.

I had Wayne deliver some rocks to my house and was very pleased. I did not catch the counter lady's name but she was very nice and helpful. I would go here before Home Depot for all my rock needs. read more

I had a great experience with ASAP stone. Buying landscape materials can be tricky for a homeowner, because many landscape supply companies are geared toward contractors but not necessarily to homeowners. After searching for places online, I was able to ask for a quote online and I received a bid in response right away. It was very reasonable so I drove to ASAP that day to look at the stone and make sure that's what I wanted. The staff came out and helped me make my selection without an appointment. I went with a slightly different stone but the cost was not much more than the one I had been quoted for. They pulled up my quote and helped me determine how much space my purchase should cover in square feet. They have a flat fee for delivery and that makes it easy for comparison. The stone was delivered the same day, on a Monday. read more

I am waiting right now for a delivery that was promised between 7:30 and 9:30 am and it is now 10:30. I called the store and a man with an attitude told me it's on the truck and will get there when it gets there. He seemed irritated receivinf a call from a customer. I will review again after I receive out pallets of grass, nut right now I am disappointed in the service and communication. read more

For the third time in a month we found the staff rude and only concerned with what time they were off the clock. We will not go back!

The only reason why I gave them one star was because the only worker in the yard that helped me was very nice. As far as the lady I spoke to inside the business well that's a different story. I really only needed a few large pieces of flagstone to finish a walk way I'm building. I drove by so I decided to stop since it states on the sign open to the public. If I would've known the complete rudeness I was going to encounter I would've kept driving. I picked out the flagstone I wanted and go to talk to the lady about opening the pallet. I was told by the lady inside I really don't want to open a pallet. I explained I only need a few pieces not a full ton. She says "I dont want to open a pallet. I told her I will take my business elsewhere. She just said ok. No attempt at trying to save my business. Not sure where she learned her customer service skills, but if it were my business I would do whatever I could to take care of the customer. I will not ever do business with them in the future. read more
