I think my favorite has to be the salted caramel, followed by the original, then the matcha. Salted caramel one has this looming pile of toasted almonds and what seems to be frosted flakes with a caramel drizzle. It is the sweetest one of the three, especially as there's a spurt of caramel inside the cheese tart as well, but for once, I don't mind that extra sugar :D Whether it's the original and matcha, the filling is reallly good. Even at room temperature, the filling is oozing perfectly, but still somewhat firm enough that it doesn't drip down my hand (not what we want!). As for the crust, I'm not a huge fan. It's an extremely sturdy/hard crust, which makes it perfect for traveling between boroughs as it'll still hold it's shape/texture, buttttt it was such a hard bite. On the other hand, I've found that Pinklady's crust is too crumbly for me, sooo someone else just needs to find that balance! $12 for 3 (plus tax) so not extremely pricey, but this place is very out of the way, so would be hard to return for me.
