I got sick a few hours after eating food delivered by Fitrition. In the middle of the night, I had symptoms of food poisoning - stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. We spent about $200 for 12 meals. Still, we will have to throw out the food. We ordered coconut chicken curry, Cajun salmon, lemon butter salmon, and pennei alla vodka. Food was delivered on Thursday 7/22/2021 at 8 pm. To my surprise, the twelve meals arrived in a plain brown bag without any insulation or ice. We refrigerated right away. I ate coconut chicken curry at 9 pm on the same day. A few hours later, I started throwing up. read more

I have always wanted to try a meal prep service but never got around to it. I am SO happy I did. The Prepped Life has great customer service and their prices are really reasonable. The food is DELICIOUS. You ever ate something that you generally don't like but it tastes bomb? That's how I can describe the prepped life; even foods that I generally wouldn't eat taste great. Some of the recipes have even given me ideas for cooking. I just put in another order and can't wait to continue with clean eating. read more

Sooooooo delicious. Best meal Prep I've ever had. Great delivery service. Very much worth the invest. Food was tasty and fresh. The vanilla protein waffles are just perfect. One suggestion would be to offer 6 orders of the waffles instead of the 3 loaded eggs and 3 waffles. Dear summer is my favorite. Everything is seasoned to perfection and they stay fresh for 7 days! read more

I LOVEEEEEEE the prepped life. They are so convenient and their customer service is exceptional. You pay a reasonable price for top notch healthy meals and delivery to your home on a weekly basis. Their meals are innovative, healthy, and accommodate a variety of pallets. I order from them weekly and they just make my life more organized, healthier, and more enjoyable. I have three hours of my life back that I would otherwise be spending on making really boring meal prepped meals that my husband struggles to eat. Now my husband loves his meal prepped meals made by the prepped life and we are less tempted to have other bad snacks during the day because the meals are super filling. I encourage you to try it and look for a coupon code from one of their sponsored athletes. read more

My cousin ordered a few trays from this location for my birthday and the food was delicious. The steak was nice and tender, the chicken was amazing, not too spicy which was perfect. Would definitely recommend read more

Absolutely amazing!! The taste is unbelievable for a healthy meal and you have so many delicious choices depending on your needs. I love that each container tells you the calories, protein, carbs and fat grams you are consuming per meal. I honestly, had never tasted anything like this before. I am 14 weeks pregnant and trying to remain active and eat healthy, so having these meals is helping me with my goal along with providing the nutritional value i need. It is super easy to order online for delivery Mondays and Thursdays and you can also get them individually if you are lucky, as they sell very quickly from Fitrition (3 locations). Thank you The Prepped Life... you guys rock!!! read more

I get my "the prepped life" meals from fitrition. I LOVE their food so, so much. Their food is delicious while being healthy! They write the nutritional facts on the outside of their meal. Some of their portions are big enough that I have half one day and half another. It's also very affordable compared to other meal prep places. Love! read more

I have tried a few other meal delivery services and nothing compares to The Prepped Life. The meals are fresh and delicious and include macro/calorie counts that are so impressive and nutritious. The dishes are creative and so tasty that I look forward to eating them and they keep me on track for my goals. In addition, they are so accommodating to special requests (subbed mushrooms for meat so I could enjoy their taco special!) and their customer service is great. It's a small investment but they often run specials (follow them on social media and sign up for their email list) and it saves me time and frustration in the kitchen and grocery store, making it well worth it. read more

I have used other meal preps and I keep coming back to TPL nothing beats their quality and just how good the food tastes. They are always adding new items to the menu so you don't get bored of the same food and have some staple items that are always on the menu. When I don't need that many meals for the week they have a few shops that carry their meals which make it easy to go grab a few meals on the go if need be. Their website is also easy to use keep up the good work ! read more

With so much saturation in the meal prep industry, TPL is by far the best quality and tasting food I've ever ordered from. I've been ordering my meals bi-weekly for the past 4 years straight!!! If that isn't a testament to how amazing their food and service is, I don't know what is. The staff is also as professional as they come and always do their best to accommodate their clients. Delicious food, diverse menu options, amazing weekly specials, and a staff that treats you like family. TPL is a prime example of "how to do it right." read more
