I figured I would search for other on-line stores for this cut. I happened upon he New York Steak & Seafood Company. The price was comparable to others online, but t hey had a 4oz portion vs a 3oz portion. Albeit the count in the package was less (10 vs 12) . Also comparing shipping charges they were $5 cheaper. Thus I thought I would give them a try. I placed the order yesterday.....within 2 hours I received an email that my order shipped. I thought they must have just printed the label. Nope, got an email from UPS stating deliver scheduled. I just received the order 24hours or less, wow. There is was delay with shipping the product our the door as other do some times. Also, the quality of the veal was 100% better than I received from a competitor. I will definitely purchase from them again, most likely will try steak.

On days I don't bring lunch to work, I get an eggplant sandwich with lettuce/tomatoes or go for the eggplant on mixed greens with other veggies- that are both winners for me.
