I came in for an IV treatment. The receptionist Chelsea is sweet but lacks confidence and would do anything just to get you an appointment. Super Pushy! I chalked it off to lack of experience and thought maybe she's new. Also a strong language barrier I had to repeat myself several times for her to understand what I am saying. I decided to give them a chance and met with the nurse practitioner Aerah. I found Aerah's approach completely off putting. I felt like I was sitting with a salesperson. She verbally threw up on me and did not care to stop and listen to my concerns. Every time I tried to explain something about my medical history she would talk over me and dismiss what I am saying. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that she's not listening to me she ignored me and bulldozed through her presentation. She lacks listening skills, empathy and bedside manners. Also very arrogant and aggressive. She just wanted to push the supplements and products She acted like she knows my own body better than I do!!! When I told her I don't need the consultation since I know exactly what I need which is the IV ( they charge you $50 for the consultation) her eyes widened and she looked irritated then a few seconds later she asked me if I am working!!!!! Judgmental much???! Just because I don't care to throw my money away for something I don't need doesn't mean I am unemployed. When I asked her a simple question about IV customization, she got so defensive! It was a very uncomfortable interaction. I would never spend a penny there and would tell everyone I know to stay away. I would give them a zero if it was an option. Save your time and go to a place where you are treated like a person and listened to! I highly doubt that those 38 5 star reviews are all legitimate! Spoke with the the nurse practitioner on duty and she listened to all my problems and came up with a custom blend for my iv treatment. Ended up getting some anti inflammatories, vitamins, maagnesium. I'd like to show my appreciation to Dr. Kang, NP. Last October I got injury on my left 5th toe while dog walking. I put Crocs shoe while dog walking and a sharp thorn might have made a tiny wound. Actually I didn't recognize it as a serious one. I ignored it for several days and it hurt me a lot. Swelling and a little fever has made. I literally limped. I saw Dr. Kang to treat. She watched my would carefully and figured out that it's an infection from a would. She took off the thorn and prescribed anti-biotic medicine. It worked ! As she predicted pain disappeared few days later. She said that her specialty is wound care at previous clinic. If you got any wound, injury or cut by accident, I strongly recommend you must see Dr. Kang right away. She will treat you perfectly. read more

So very thankful for MWC. Took my boyfriend here who wasn't feeling at all, from a night of drinking. Era and her husband (I believe) were amazing and so welcoming. I had been suffering from polyarthralgia ( multiple joints pain) for few years. I've tried acupuncture, physical therapy, multiple opiods pain meds but nothing relieved pain. Because of my colleagues recommendation, I went to see NP Aerah and tried 1st dose of IV vitamins which I didn't expect that it would work but wouldn't be harmful for me. They told me to come right in which I'm glad there's no wait. When I got there plenty of parking in the back. Inside is very clean and nice. The people there are great. This is my first experience with this type of clinic as I've always been very skeptical in the past. But after I've been experiencing chronic fatigue for several weeks I was open to try just about anything. I started researching functional medicine and I was very intrigued. I went in yesterday morning and had my consultation with the owner of the clinic. She's a straight shooter and no nonsense kind of person. But She seemed very knowledgeable and told me straight up what she thought was going on. I was hoping for a little compassion but whatever as long as the iv therapy works that's all I cared about. I'm petrified of needles and pain which is primarily the reason why I never tried iv therapy before. April who injected the iv did an amazing job! She was so gentle I honestly didn't feel ANY pain. She was so gentle and kind and compassionate she made up for the lack of compassion I initially experienced. It's been 24 hours since my iv therapy and I have to say I feel So much better. Mega Wellness Clinic fits the bill! It was really easy to make an appointment using the Yelp messaging feature. When I showed up for the first time, the staff knew who I was! Everyone I encountered was so kind and attentive. They explained all of my options to me and the package plans (I already knew I wanted a package, so I asked about it...they don't try to hard sell you things at all!). The facility is very clean! The chairs are really comfy and there are even pillows and blankets. Both times I've come here, I've had pain-free IVs that go in the first time. It's been awesome.
